Adolfo’s is a revamp of Albatros Mexican Food which was located in Lake Forest about 10 years ago. Our business was booming at that time but we sadly had to leave for a bit. Our goal is to revive Albatros, as we are the same family that once ran it. Our goal is not to imitate any other Mexican Restaurant Style but to keep our family recipes structure going. I stayed in Laguna Hills and this was one of few places open late. I appreciate that! The food was delicious. The atmosphere was basic. I think the service would’ve been better if I spoke Spanish. But I will definitely go back if I find myself in the area again.

It’s a solid late night option when you’re out and being a degen lol. Burrito I got was huge and a cali burrito at 3am would definitely hit the spot.
It’s great that it’s 24/7 but it’s nothing too special tbh and not too cheap either

Solid burritos served here. Various choices of meats and I specifically ordered the al pastor as it’s what I enjoy eating the most. Next time I’ll try the carne asada and the lengua the next time I roll by for a burrito fix. Fair warning, there is no restroom here.
