I couldn’t wait for Vicky’s Bakery to come to PSL. We definitely needed a great Cuban café here! This place absolutely hits the spot. A true classic Miami bakery bringing its amazing legacy to Port St. Lucie.

The fresh croquetas, Cuban bread, and pastelitos are all incredible. Yummmm! I’ve already been three times and will definitely keep coming back whenever I’m craving fresh pastries and desserts. The coffee is on point and pairs perfectly with everything.

So happy to have Vicky’s in PSL now. Highly recommend to anyone looking for authentic Cuban flavors and great vibes!

Stopped in right after a 5K, so expectations were simple. The place looks great. Bright, clean, festive, and packed with pastries that immediately test your willpower. Tons of sweet and savory options, and the staff was moving fast even with a busy crowd.

I went with a breakfast croissant and that’s where it fell a bit short. Flavor was fine, but it was very greasy. Like, napkin-per-bite greasy. Post-race hunger got me through it, but it wasn’t a standout.

Overall, solid spot with lots of tempting options. I’d come back and try something different next time.

I am so grateful for choosing Vicky’s for all the desserts for my Dad’s Celebration of Life. They went above and beyond as far as customer service, treated us like family. Our cake was so beautiful and tasted amazing too. With just few words from me, she designed it perfectly. The pastry, cookies and exquisite cheesecake were so fresh. I recommend for all your bakery needs!

Great vibe as soon as you walk in- it’s very bright and music playing. Staff are welcoming and pastries are amazing. The fresh squeezed OJ was amazing and the cold brew coffee was even better! I ordered the steak and eggs for breakfast and the eggs were perfect but the steak was very dry and overcooked and I didn’t finish it. I love that they give you Cuban bread on the side, it was delicious with my eggs. I wish they were set up to order for delivery and had a phone number to call and place orders ahead of time but supposedly they will have that soon. Definitely recommend !

The Cuban sandwich was really good, the maduros were fresh and cooked perfectly. The pastries look amazing but I didn’t get a chance to try yet. I will definitely return.

I stopped by the new Vicky Bakery on Gatlin this morning, and I have to say, they made a great first impression. The shop just opened yesterday, and everything already looks and feels very organized. The moment I walked in, I noticed how clean and bright the space was — you could literally smell the freshness of the baked goods in the air. That warm, sweet aroma hit instantly and set the tone for a great visit.

I ordered a beef pastelito, and it was absolutely delicious. The pastry was golden and flaky, with a savory filling that had just the right amount of seasoning. You can tell it’s freshly made, not something that’s been sitting around. The portion size was perfect for a morning bite, and the flavor had that classic, comforting Cuban bakery feel.

The staff deserves a shout-out too — they were friendly, upbeat, and wide awake even at 6 AM, which really makes a difference that early in the day. Everyone seemed genuinely happy to be there and proud of the new location.

It’s exciting to finally have a real Cuban bakery here in Port St. Lucie. I’ll definitely be back to try the guava and cheese pastelitos next time!

This is my first time visiting Vicky’s. I’m not sure what the hype is about, but the quality is atrocious. I stopped by this morning, and first and foremost, there’s no pricing on items to see before ordering. They have several pastries on display, but no pricing. The only pricing is for the more traditional pastries, coffee and food items. My coffee was $4.50, and it was so BITTER. $4.50 for a cafe con leche is absurd. I pay $2.89 at Bravo, and it tastes amazing. The tostada was barely toasted. It was drenched in butter, which, as you can see, wasn’t even melted. I ordered two guava pastries, never again. It looks like they slathered pounds of melted sugar on top of them. The tray is a gooey mess. The pastries stuck to each other when I got home, and the bag was a sticky mess when the lady handed it to me. The guava pastries at Sam’s are better. Listen, if you like it, I love it for you, but there are definitely better options.

What a bummer for a first time visit! Overpriced serving up mediocre leaning on low quality end food. I’m so disappointed! $45 later with a steak bowl containing stiff under seasoned too big cuts of steak- more sour in taste with lime or vinegar and little season; the pastelitos and guava & cheese pastries were drenched in sugar glaze sticking together making pastries stale not to mentioned they weren’t as hot when we received them. The mini milk flan was just sweet no culinary touch. The Cuban sandwich bread was stiff and stale it’s just okay. Have y’all heard of Porto’s Bakery in California? PLEASE steal a few pages out of their play book and elevate your bakery for our area! They produce high quality great tasting food CONSISTENTLY at reasonable prices that keeps you going back for more! They provide excellent service from food handling and cooking to serving customers.

⭐️ Vicky Bakery ⭐️
Overall: 9/10 – Definitely coming back!

Vicky Bakery was such a pleasant surprise.

☕️ Coffee: 4/5 – Smooth, flavorful, and not overly sweet. Really enjoyable.
Pastelito: 5/5 – Honestly the freshest I’ve had in a while. Warm, flaky, and absolutely delicious.
Orange Juice: 5/5 – Tangy, refreshing, and clearly fresh-squeezed.
Croqueta Preparada: 4/5 – Fresh bread and good flavor; I just wish it had been toasted a little more.

Cleanliness: 4/5 – It was busy during lunch hour, but a quick refresh of tables and floors would’ve made it spotless.
Service: 4/5 – Fast, friendly, and efficient. Got our food in under 10 minutes and was greeted right away.
Seating: Limited outdoor space (only two tables), but the indoor bar seating was surprisingly comfy.
