I ordered two calzones and at first I was told they couldn’t make them because they were too busy… Then I was told they could make them and order of wings (meal). Needless say they burnt one of the and tried to bag it before I noticed. Once I asked to see it the whole top was black. I asked for a refund on that one. The young lady told me they didn’t burn it on purpose I responded with no you just tried to hide that fact that it was burnt. The manger or owner was there but didn’t seem interested in finding out what happened nor did anyone apologize.

I don’t get to eat here. I attempted to order for pickup and whoever the girl was on the phone acted confused with a crappy personality. when I asked for a three meat specialty pizza which is on the menu. lol I wanted 3 things a three meat pizza, Calzone, and some mozzarella sticks and she just couldn’t get it so I politely told her I would just call to get food elsewhere. Get her off the phone!!!

Wife got us two pizzas last night for dinner. She said staff and owner were super friendly. Pizza was actually pretty good and will be added to rotation. If I had any complaint, it would be that for a brick over pizza the crust wasn’t very crispy. All in all, way better than any of the chains we have in town.

I love this place eat here all the time but I will say I’m upset this time! I had a burger and paid $1.50 for a tiny onion slice then my fries I got the bottom of the bag and they were cold and soggy!!! The woman said she looked for me when my food came out but I was sitting right in front of place and she never looked for me she was doing other things then I stood at the counter for over 5 mins and she was making a pizza and never once looked over and asked if I needed anything!! Like I said I love this place but today I was so upset!!!

We bought food from there that the workers made too Quickly and it wasn’t good but it usually is delicious! I think one of the cooks made our food too Quickly and it wasn’t made correctly and that’s why it wasn’t good. so I call the owner Mr billy and told him exactly what our experience with the food was like. He gave my family some gifts cards to get some more food and gave my brother 2 Slushes drinks and some pizza for free. Mr Billy the owner is really a sweet, nice, caring guy that embrace us, talk to my parents and shook thier hands and took care of all our needs and that please us and made everything alright. Mr Billy is Awesome!!! We still eat at Brick oven Pizzeria Everytime we go to the mall.
