A little disorganized and very little patience. They had quite a few employees working but didn’t seem to have a good system. We waited quite some time for a very simple order. The food was decent tho. Would probably pick a different spot to stop next time.

I ordered dark meat and ended up with breasts. Wow. Better yet, just tell them the specific piece you want (e.g., leg, thigh, wing). It would be nigh impossible to mess that up. Sheesh.

Crappy workers, crappy employees, and rude customer service. I do not recommend this location. All the employees have nasty attitudes for no apparent reason. If you do not like working at POPEYES PLEASE FIND YOU ANOTHER OCCUPATION!!! Even the managers suck. The drink machine was out of every flavor there was and when I told the worker she just brushed it off like it was nothing. They got our orders wrong not once but twice!! Then they have the nerve to be snappy when you correct them about it. Please check on this location and clean house!!

I went thru the drive thru today around 12:30…. the lady was rude, did not let me get finished with the order and when I got to the window it was all wrong.. .no chicken was ready, I asked for dark meat and she asked me if I would settle for a spicy breast…. but then was told the only thing they had ready was wings…. and I told her no drink and she was going to charge me for a drink anyway. I told her to just forget about it…. she acted as though she was annoyed that i was even there…orst service that I have had in years.
