Crazy how you order ranch flavored chips and get original and you also order pesto pasta and get potato salad instead. On top of that the delivery takes an hour… So much for freaky fast delivery I’m about a block and a half away at my work, not across town.

Ordered curbside. Checked in, waited 7 mins & no one came. I call the store & they informed me they usually just let people pick up inside. But they could bring it to me . What is the point of curbside?! Why are you telling me you can bring it out like I didn’t order my food that way.. After waiting a few more mins I get out with my sprained ankle (hence the curbside) and go inside.. they met me at the door with ny food.. get back to work & the food isn’t even mine. Not even close to what I ordered & definitely not even an edible sandwich. 2 shreds of turkey & 3 slices of cheese & no bacon. I ordered a club lulu (turkey club w bacon ). This is my second issue at this location, first time was delivery so I decided to pick up.. the place just sucks Nope never again.

dude working the counter acted like a snob when he had to stop looking at his phone to work, and then gave me a sandwich with a piece of bread that was hard as a rock, i understand toasted, but not stale, it had to be sitting out for hours to be that hard. Very poor location.

I absoy love Jimmy John’s, for the filling sandwiches they have, but today. I was extremely disappointed when I got home and found out that there was next to nothing in my sandwich, with tiny tomatoes, with a couple of then that still had the core in them. Not sure if I will be returning to this location.

I paid for 1 piece of sad Turkey on my unwhich. All I could taste was lettuce and mustard. Probably won’t go to JJs anymore if I’m paying for 1 slice of Turkey.

Placed an order for a chicken Caesar wrap with no tomato, easy parmesan cheese and easy Caesar dressing. The wrap ended up having tomatoes on it, had no mini croutons, didn’t have any parmesan cheese and was wrapped in a flour tortilla instead of the garlic herb tortilla. Not to mention it had very little meat on it too. To have so many mistakes on such a small order is just ridiculous, it’s not difficult to get it right. Do yourself a favor and go to a different location.

Walked in on a Saturday afternoon and Mariah was solo in the store. Dealing with some online inconvenience. She had like 8-9 people walk in after me and she CRUSHED IT. for being by herself she was quick l, friendly and did a great job. Sandwiches were delicious
