I ordered lunch for myself and some coworkers. The estimated delivery time was 45 to 55 minutes. After two hours of waiting, I received a text from a driver saying that he could no longer wait. He had driven 6 miles to the store and my food was not even prepared. I then called back and the was answered by the calling center. This guy had no clue what was going on. First he told me he was at the store, and then he said no he was in a call center. I finally was transferred to the store. I spoke with a nice lady. I could tell she was working very hard and probably overworked by management. The owner of my company went to pick up the pizza since we could not get it delivered. Everything was ready except for the wings. He had to wait 7 to 10 minutes for those. The food was good when we finally received it. However, most people had already eaten something else. I was very disappointed by the experience. Unfortunately, I know I can no longer ever depend on them for lunch.

My local papa johns rules. Always clean in there and my order is piping hot. The staff is friendly and clearly wants you to have a good meal. Better ingredients, better pizza rings true here. You can tell the folks making pizza know what they’re doing. Yep.

At this rate, I’m not sure Papa John’s is even the fifth place on the list when I want to get a pizza. I remember back when it used to be the best, but that’s been over 25 years at this point. My wife is pretty particular, picky even, and every time she’s had it she hasn’t been impressed, so it’s difficult to get her to try this place, maybe once every few years, but this time even I was disappointed.
The pizza that we had just wasn’t good. Not necessarily bad, just overwhelmingly mediocre, but at least a bad pizza would have been an experience. The crust was too chewy, the pizza was sauced inconsistently with too little sauce for most of it, for what was supposed to be a Shaqeroni, it didn’t seem like it had all that much meat. The brownies were pretty good.

Tonight on 1/21/2023 I called to place an order for a pizza pie. I began to drive over as while being on hold. I walked in after 15 minutes on the phone and stood at the cash register to finally place my order. The little girl walked up to the register and proceeded to ignore me. Then walked away from me! She had nothing else going on and then I had to say out loud “Is anyone going to take my order?!?!” I proceeded to ask this question again until finally a guy in a beanie came up to take my order. (I can not give names as to there are no name tags.) After finally taking my order Instead of saying I will expedite the pizza for you he said your pizza will be ready in 25-30 minutes. Oh I just found out his name is Brendan due to coworkers saying his name as I sit here typing this -1,000% experience waiting on a pizza! I highly recommend a different chain pizza place due to the low quality of workers who need to be replaced by more competent workers willing to actually work. While being in here this entire time the phone was never answered and was on mute the entire time. Here below is my undercooked pizza!!! This place needs to be revamped by better management, but until this happens never ever try to order a pizza from BRAMBELTON PAPA JOHNS!

This particular store just sent us burnt/charred pizzas. When people pay as much as they do to get food, the least this company could do is provide properly cooked food. There is actually charred pieces of crust in the box!! Never again! They have lost our business for life.

These are the boneless wings that I ordered and they were just so bad. They were soggy and had barely any sauce on them. The pizza wasn’t great either 🙁 just not worth it.

Just ordered pizza here, while waiting, the kids really wanted to use the restroom! But they had a sign saying it was only for employees! I saw all the employees were busy so I asked the kids to use the restroom first and I would talk to them. Then a female employee asked us “Can you read?” I couldn’t react, how could there be such rude people! I know we should ask first but that’s not a reason for them to be rude. I said I wanted to talk to the manager and she said she was. The requirements for managers in this store are too low! Okay, nothing to say, I cancelled my order!
