Got the Slices-N-Sticks and they were extremely greasy for some reason this time. The food was ready at the correct time but there is a lack of customer service with the pizza portal being the new pick up service. The marinara sauce was cold but nothing the microwave couldn’t fix. Little Caesars still has the best prices of all the fast food pizza places.

I will NEVER be back to this location. I’m about to call corporate to complain(I have NEVER done that for anywhere). Never in my life have I been treated so badly by a worker. Ordered a pep-pretzel pizza, got home. Regular pepperoni with cheese sauce. I called very nicely. Worker was SO RUDE and hung up on me after saying “we use the same dough for both.” Called back. Spoke with the manager. She said the same thing and HUNG UP on me as well. I CALLED THE TWO OTHER LOCATIONS IN THIS AREA. They both said the crust is different and they should not have hung up on me. Work on your customer service skills. None of the workers OR THE MANAGER need to be dealing with customer service.

Called in our order. Price was good and pizza was even better. Like that you can call in the order and park right in front of the building to go inside and pick it up. It was ready and hot waiting on me to pick up. No line. Very easy and fast service. Forgot to take a picture but will add next time we go up there. They wasn’t that busy with orders walking in but was very busy with call in orders.

The ONLY reason I’m giving them 2 stars instead of one is because they are convenient. But man do they not know how to get an order right. Time before last they left off my sauce for my breadsticks that I ordered. Last time I ordered a pepperoni pizza and came home with a cheese pizza. And again tonight, ordered pepperoni extra most bestest and got home with a cheese pizza. Which really couldn’t even be called a cheese pizza. Barely any cheese. Won’t be returning.

They advertised a 13.99 deal today but when you add it to your cart and start to check out they actually add each item that is in their deal to the cart with the original price for each item. So instead of the total being 13.99 plus tax its 16 dollars and some change plus tax. Total Scam

Apparently they do NOT know what their advertisements mean! They do NOT offer hot & ready pizza to go anymore! You have to go online to their website or use their app to order pizza now a days, as of 2 months ago. And if you try to call to order they will just lay the phone down and ignore you until you hang up. All I can say is if they are planning on making their business last they are not on the right track, because the pizza at this location has never been worth it to start with. They take away the convenience and they have nothing to offer customers anymore. I will not be back to this location!
