The customer service was good- the lady running the counter was very polite and pleasant. The food is more expensive than the downtown mall location, and the food tastes a little less good than downtown. It’s still worth the try! It is good.

I love Christians Pizza, I been eating at this place for more than 10 years, but I had always go to the one on downtown mall in Charlottesville. Well this time I decided to try a new location since it was closer from where I was, the pizza was good even though they only had 4-5 kinds of pizza and that was it, not more choices. I wanted the pineapple kind but they didn’t have it. Luckily they had ONE slice of the avocado pizza and that is the other kind of pizza I love, but the employees and the cleaning of the tables was something else. Employees playing boxing behind the counter while we were eating, we sat by the window and the counter was full of footsteps from one end to the other one!! This is ridiculous and nasty! I wish I could upload photos! By the way this is the SEMINOLE TRAIL location. The downtown location is amazing!

Couldn’t tell you if the pizza or atmosphere was good or not. I tried to place on online order. They refused to take my credit card over the phone and literally hung up on me the old fashioned way. I called back no answer. Called from a different phone and once she heard my voice hung up again. I was shocked and asked around and the word is that they have really gone down hill since they changed hands. Probably a blessing in disguise.

NOPE. Our go to pizza place is closed on Mondays so we thought we would try something new. Nothing ventured nothing gained right? Well in this case we gained the knowledge of never again.
The pizza was estimated to be ready in 15 minutes, when we arrived 30 minutes later (to no other customers in the restaurant) it was still not ready. There was no one at the counter to greet us, instead we were “spoken” to from someone in the back (while two other employees stood there and stared at me like I was an alien from outer space).
Pizza was incredibly bland, in fact my better half described it as bowling alley pizza. There was barely any cheese and what was there wasn’t fully melted. The pepperoni was still cold and the pizza had an orange color?!? It was stiff as a board so folding a slice in half wasn’t an option, unless we wanted the crust to crumble everywhere.
Different strokes for different folks, but this is a never again for us. Unfortunately we threw away the pizza and ended up ordering a different meal from a different restaurant.

Good pizza place / parlor with counter service. They have pizza, calzones, and drinks; that is it. No appetizers or pasta dishes. They sell pizza by the slice with a wide variety of toppings or you can get a whole pizza (pie if you are New Yorker or Jersean). My only complaint is it was very hot in the restaurant, I guess the AC went out cause we were sweating just sitting there, it felt better outside.

By far THE WORST christians location ive had outve the 4 ive been to. Every other christians pizza ive had has been amazing. This location served me cold soggy floppy pizza. Also my pizza had way less cheese and chicken than the other locations. They put cold chéese on the pizza after it came out the oven and The bathroom was not usuable according to the lady at the front. And the big woman running the front is rude. I suggest driving an extra 10 mins to the next location. Much nicer atmosohere , nicer workers ànd the pizza is fantastic. Will not return heres. Worst $15 ive ever spent

The owner, older dark haired lady is so nasty & rude. It’s sad because the son & other employees are really nice but she ruins it EVERYTIME. Probably the nastiest person I’ve encountered in the hospitality industry. I used to spend at least $60/month here and although it’s not much, I would rather spend my money elsewhere, somewhere that the employees are personable & at the very least, hospitable to the people who spend their money regularly. Very, very nasty & unacceptable.
