I’m new to the town i’ve ordered here a few times but this last time I ordered, I walked out with a completely burnt pizza on the undercarriage and edges.
Normally their Pizza is okay. Not bad at all. That’s why I went back for a third time but this was unacceptable. No one should walk out with a completely Brut. Pizza and I don’t like to cause an issue, so I went home and I ate it. But for the future, a Pizza like that should not be allowed to leave the parlor. Especially for the price you pay.

The last time I ordered a pepperoni madness pizza, all the toppings and cheese were within a 3” center of pizza, my wife got the steak tips, and if I didn’t know better they took steak out of a package and added literally no seasoning at all, never have I ever been served such under seasoned steak before. This is our family’s go to place for takeout. Their grilled chicken is so tender and well seasoned. I get it on a Caesar salad. My kids are really picky about pizza and always ask to get it here. Consistently good and yummy. We also love their fried pickles. They taste like they use a house made batter instead of a frozen package.
They are also so friendly and helpful here. I used door dash after a long busy day and they forgot to deliver the pizza for my kids. My door dash driver was rude and had left the pizza at the restaurant. I called to check and they sent someone to deliver the forgotten pizza. Totally saved my night and made my hungry and cranky kids happy! Thank you!

I ordered on-line so no service or atmosphere information. Been ordering for years with them had a few issues but nothing serious. Today I ordered a larger order delivered the forgot the salad and the fried pickles had a half of box filled. Paid for these and got basically nothing! Not sure if I will return after years of service.

My first time at Shirley Sub Shoppe in Shirley, MA. Very nice and clean, well lit and comfortable to sit and enjoy your good. We got the Shirley Special pizza and it was totally delicious , one of the best pizzas around the area ! It was a thin crust and the best part was the delicious , crunchy yet chewy crust . The toppings were fresh and also delish! Cheese was just right ! I’ve had a lot of pizza and thus would be in my top ten, which means it’s very good! Take a chance and you will agree how tasty it is ! Two of us had a small pizza to split and a couple drinks, it was just the right amount .Nice job Shirley Sun Shoppe!

My household has been customer’s of the sub shop for at least 7 years. Without a doubt had gone downhill after new ownership, but we remained loyal.
Tonight we put our order in, and had to grab our car for payment which took all of 15 seconds. In to that time whomever was on the phone put the phone down and proceeded to complain about us. The entire time we could hear them.
Completely unprofessional.
It will be my last time ordering from them.
Id rather drive to get my dinner, then order from a shop that serves lack luster food with a side of insult.

Idk why this place has only a 3.9 star rating because thats under rating to be honest. I just recently moved here and as a google review guru this place is pretty fire for what ive gotten and worth every dollar. Very well seasoned fries, great BBQ chicken pizza, wonderful beef gyro and amazing chicken Alfredo calzone. And to top it off fast delivery. only thing they have to do is update the pricing online as the prices have changed.
Update: they’ve been getting sloppy with the orders recently. At first everything was good but as of lately they completely got careless making my pizza and they sent me a free pizza coupon for my birthday and wouldnt even give me the free pizza so now I have to knock my rating down to 2 star cus im highly disappointed. Will have to stop ordering here as ive found another place with better quality pizza and better prices.
