Staff is nice however my coffee was disgusting had no sugar and wasn’t made right it was clearly rushed because it was so early in the morning and they didn’t care. I had to go to a whole different Dunkin because I just couldn’t even drink it.

The emo kid at the drive through is very rude. He shouldn’t be the person working the window. Have him make coffee and put someone with a smile at the window. That guys miserable, talks over you at the speaker, doesn’t say thank you, you’re welcome, sorry, or have a nice day. Terrible choice of person to represent a business, or interacting with people. I avoid this dunkin at all costs because of him. I’ll go to Starbucks instead, better coffee better food better service !

I ordered matcha and it is just milk with the slightest hint of matcha. Now if I wanted to drink milk I could’ve asked them, but I was seriously looking forward to my matcha and my day is ruined. I ordered through DoorDash and the driver was very kind, Robert, if you’re reading this I hope you’re having a great day. My friends who also ordered matcha had the same problem.

It’s Christmas eve so I understand it being a little hectic but waiting nearly 40 minutes in the drive thru lane is just ridiculous. Got out of the car and went in (i was a passenger). Saw the chaos and from what i can tell there was no manager on duty, and the three employees working were very disorganized and one of them looked like it was their first shift ever. Another started crying at one point (which I will give a pass to that as I understand it’s not an easy day to be working). Very disappointed in dunkin today. Poor management through and through.

I prefer this Dunkin’ over the one closer to my house. The other location always seems to mess up my orders—the drinks taste terrible, and my wraps are either overcooked or undercooked.
Even though this location is also busy, especially in the mornings, they seem to have a better handle on things. For me, it’s worth going out of my way to get a good experience here.

The Workers are MISERABLE.
The Manager Maria told me to leave the establishment, told me not to return she was acting very erratically in a very rude demeanor.

I called the main number to find out the store is privately owned so therefore the owner is not around to be present to know that the employees are completely miserable people need to start calling on this location Lanoka Harbor Route 9.
They need a coffee barista there that knows what they are doing They don’t understand certain commands They are untrained unprofessional and no compliance to rectify their behavior that’s why she has been employed there for the last 10 years I will make sure I speak to the owners this way this does not get done to other customers it’s unfair when we are spending expensive amounts of money on coffee and dough donuts and under cooked frozen foods that are 99.9% processed.
Case # i have and they will investigate this location
As i was rude told to go to another Dunkin’ Donuts that’s nice coming from a manager shows how much training will customer service thank you.

workers are very nice and friendly but i honestly believe that any time this location orders in restock and the truck comes, it never has any iced coffee mix because they barely even use it. every time i come here, the iced coffee is entirely just ice. what is the point of paying full price for a medium or large iced coffee but you finish it in 4-5 sips?? if i could post a picture of my cup, which is empty of iced coffee but entirely full with ice, you’d laugh too. i know this is probably not the worker’s fault and they’re just told this by the company to “longer preserve” the iced coffee throughout the day to get more money but use less product. sad bc most ppl don’t know this and are probably gonna yell at or get angry with some minimum wage worker bc they think it’s their doing. this was NOT how these coffees were made 10 years ago.

The girl and guy working today had attitudes. The guy gave me a squished donut with barely any icing, so when I asked for a new one the girl begrudgingly got me one, again with an attitude. The iced coffee was so light it looked like iced tea and tasted like water wi the a tinge of coffee. Hoping management trains their staff in customer service as well as how to make coffee.
