We ordered Cheeseburger baskets. Fries were nice and hot and crisp. Hamburger just ok.
It’s not just this Culver’s, but also the one in Merrillville off of Mississippi, St. John, my question is where’s the beef, and butter on the buns and the buns seem small. The price increases therefore the sizes should remain the same. We use to go to the Culver’s up by the House on the rocks 20 years ago, now that was a good

Food is usually pretty good, although this time I got the pot roast sammich and it was 90% non edible fat. Bummer! First time I’ve had an issue with Culvers. It was too late at night to go back and bug them about the sandwich, it was probably the bottom of the barrel of the pot roast for the day. At least the bread was good!

Standard Culver’s. This venue seemed a little newer. Nice outdoor seating area. The team was very responsive and polite. We had a couple of issues with our order, but it was promptly taken care of. I see a few similar reviews. Just check your bag before you leave if you’re driving through! Thanks!

Went through the drive through line to be met by a lady in the booth. Not a word and just stares me down annoyed that I didn’t start saying my order. After saying a small part of my order she cuts me off and says “well if that’s it your total is” even when Im not done ordering. She is even more annoyed now tapping her hand on the table and rolling her eyes. At this point I cut the order short just to be done with her. If you can’t be any sorts of kind to customers don’t work in customer service!

I only stop here because my daughter will only eat their chicken tenders. This place needs to stop overmixing the concrete mixers. I didn’t ask for ice cream soup. Also we stopped in today and dined in for a change. That was a big mistake. I assumed we’d be in and out as all we ordered was a 2 piece tender and a mini mixer. We sat there for 20 MINUTES and had to grab our food and leave. They were barely busy and had 2-3 employees just standing around. It was a bunch of crap!

I’ve been to a lot of Culver’s in the past one in Cedar Lake is by far the slowest very bad setup you get your food and you’re trapped you wait in a Drive-Thru very long time and you wait even longer to get your food I ordered a bacon cheeseburger and it’s already taken 20 minutes still sitting in line waiting, also, quality is going downhill.This is the size of a free child scoop, and it’s supposed to be a concrete mixer, not even mixed. This is the second attempt. Maybe just retrain.

Culver’s in Cedar Lake, Indiana finally opened today, 10/16/2023 and did a great job on my first visit! Great location on 133rd AVE with very easy access from both the front (133rd AVE) and also the rear shopping center parking lot which is great for those coming from shopping and don’t want to enter via the front. Both entrances and exits are very easy to access. Handicap parking is avail at the entrance. The take-out lanes (2) are unique as they have huts with a live person. Actually went around 2ce, one had a live person, the other had the usual microphone style. Loved the human touch in the hut with the live person. The food was fast, and the waiting lanes were organized to pull up to lane A, B or C. Very friendly. The outdoor patio was quaint with tables and outdoor lights strung for eating outdoors if desired. Am sure it will be a success in Cedar Lake.
