Amazing food and service! Our server was amazing and checked on us frequently. The vibe of the whole restaurant was amazing. It just feels homie and nice inside. I would 100% recommend coming here if you are in the area.

Great breakfast options and unique location. I hadn’t had a good Eggs Benedict since Phoenix Street closed. Thankfully Chalkboard Kitchen nailed it!

This is my first time as this restaurant being the chalkboard kitchen. I got the farmstand scramble which was absolutely amazing! It made my taste buds sing! I added chicken sausage. Homemade jolly for the toast.
Brake service from Summer!

Owner Chad Marcoux, chef Alan, and team are starting out strong! Following a successful and popular New Year’s bash, we came back for a noon lunch on a snowy Saturday. Despite the weather, the place filled up nicely. We tried two specials, and loved them. Maria, our server, sold me on the South Haven Cheesesteak, even before adding it was on the spicy side, which suits me well! Delicious and generous, starting with the fresh roll, with a rich and flavorful fondue sauce over steak, mushrooms, and jardinière. My bride enjoyed the Broadway Burrito, which was a great combination of creamy sauce, chorizo, jardinière, and black beans. The homemade biscuits and jam were a nice touch, and we kinda fought over them ;o). Satisfyingly generous portions, and very attentive and friendly service. We’ll be back!

This was my first time visiting this establishment. Upon arriving, my friend and I were greeted with smiles and genuine excitement. The atmosphere was very warm and welcoming as well. Maria took care of us and helped seat us and put our orders in. She had our food out to us in less than ten minutes! I ordered the Hog Wild Scramble and my friend had the BnG. Both dishes were packed FULL of flavors and textures, everything cooked perfectly. I can’t wait to return for another visit!

Best new brunch spot in SOHA. First time was impressive, we’re planning on coming back weekly for more menu tries (#goals). Three weeks into their opening – as a patron I’d suggest they add fresh squeezed OJ and a pint glass for that bloody to their menu 😉 Otw our food, service, and experience was top notch. A must try in SOHA.

We enjoyed our Anniversary here on New Year’s Eve and it was great. The food was top notch. Every item was delicious! The owner and the chef both stopped by to say hi. Very friendly. The wait staff was great and the owner’s mom was the sweetest! We’ll definitely be back!

I was heartbroken when I saw this was not Phoenix Street restaurant anymore, but not for long! The menu is different and many of the items that I love are gone, but the food was superb! It was so flavorful and well seasoned. They don’t even need the salt and pepper shakers on the table. The service was awesome as well.
