I ordered pickup meals on New Years Eve – that may have been my first mistake. Seeing numerous “ribs” meals on the menu I assumed that 99 Restaurant might be good at ribs. Wrong! I drove to 99 at the assigned time and waited in the designated pick-up parking, 5 minutes, 10 minutes…Nothing. So I entered the lobby. No one at the front desk, no one came to meet me. I waited -5 minutes, 10 minutes.. I entered the bar area – a few customers but no 99 associates in sight. Eventually a young lady came to the front lobby, asked me what for, I showed my printed order and commented that I’d been long waiting. Apology and “we’re working on it” Maybe 5 minutes more – she returned, handed me the bag and I left. (I had prepaid online) Then we opened the food boxes ten minutes later and the food disappointment began. The ribs were terrible – hard, dry meat – as though they’d been cooked weeks before. Fried potatoes – cold, greasy, soggy, and limp. We discarded them all. Cole slaw was okay. This was a $60 disaster.
Okay, I understand, it was New Years Eve and you were short-staffed, but Hey! – either you staff well enough to provide normal service and quality food – or you should just give everyone the day off and stay closed. Why ruin your reputation with lousy food and service?

We went Friday for Prime Rib and we were told it wasn’t on the menu for the night so that was a huge disappointment. So my hubby had the top sirloin, it was cooked perfectly but lacked seasoning. Same for my supposed Crab encrusted haddock, I tasted crab in the first bite only. Our son had the winning dish of the night…New England fried cod and fries…basic but it was cooked good and at least had flavor. The Buffalo wings for apps was hot and good.

34 dollars for 16 oz but is looks like 12 and 4 oz is strait fat. The meat was colder than room temperature like literally cold to the touch . Waitress was cool but the food ……..horrible

I’ve ordered takeout from here many times and I’m usually happy with what I get. Last night I ordered the Vermont cheddar burger and asked for it very well done and I paid extra for sweet potato waffle fries. When I picked up the order, the waffle fries were missing so I went back inside to get them. I received a very tiny portion of waffle fries And it looked like most of what I was supposed to get was missing. My burger tasted okay.

Very busy restaurant. Staff is friendly but you have to wait a bit to get what you need from them. Food was ok. Fried chicken was overly fried and salty. Potato skins were bland. Pistachio martini was delicious. All Star Burger was good too

Had better food at the ballgame 2 nd time here in a week this meal was worst than the horsemeat steak from last week , the turkey dinner was terrible dried out turkey limped potatoes smother in gravy to hide the dried. Out turkey the imitation stuffing was hard as a rock and dried out also I was generous giving 1 star never again ill pass on recommending dishes here

Ordered take out- wings and fries. Fries container was barely half full. There were about 6-7 small tenders- $18 plus the $6 for fries. Waste of money won’t be ordering take out again from them. Photos attached.
