I had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant. Yesterday, I ordered one medium pizza and one Alfredo cheese pasta. I paid for both, but the guy only gave me the pizza. When I showed him the receipt, I explained that I had ordered two items — the pizza and the Alfredo.
When I opened the pizza, I found pepperoni and sausage, even though I had clearly told the person taking my order that I don’t eat any kind of pork — I only wanted cheese and mushrooms. I stayed calm and asked them to remake it, but when I finally got the new pizza, it was very dry and tasted bad — like tomato sauce on bread with a little bit of cheese.
The Alfredo pasta was also disappointing. It had no chicken or mushrooms, just plain pasta with no flavor. I waited more than an hour for everything, and by that time, I just wanted to leave. The food was so bad that I threw away half of it.
I would give this restaurant 0 stars. The place didn’t look clean, and the staff weren’t wearing gloves — they were touching food with their bare hands, even people who weren’t cooking. Also, none of the staff seemed to speak much English, so it was very hard to communicate my order clearly, which made the experience even worse.

I walked in the store and this place is empty. That should tell you something. I ordered Philly cheese steak sandwich thee guy who made it doesn’t wear gloves and picked out all the items with his hands for my sandwich. Then sits down on his chair eating sunflower seeds

I ordered online everyone knows gps on cell phones pins your location when you order food. Why is it that my food never came???? I got to check and it got sent to a total different address then what I put. I called to talk to someone and he was extremely rude wouldn’t let me finish explaining my issue and kept interrupting while I was talking. NEVER WILL I ORDER FROM HERE AGAIN. On top of that he hung up on me when I asked him to let me finish talking. Bad business get new employees

Ordered food 2 hours ago. Never arrived. Says delivered on app. Calling store – they first put me on hold for 25 minutes, then never picked up the phone again. Will not be ordering from here again. Something must have changed in leadership, service was better half a year ago.

Most of my orders are made online, and I’ve never had an issue. I’ll definitely keep ordering from this place! The delivery is quick, and the cooking time is impressive.
