Was in a rush & in the area. Needed lunch for the crew. Decided to give Papa John’s a try & they didn’t disappoint. The two young lady’s were very friendly & efficient. Everything was correct & delicious… Wanted a taste of management, but struck out. I’ll be back for sure!

The customer service at this location was one of the worst I have ever dealt with. Did not take accountability for delivering cold pizza and blamed DoorDash. When asked what can be done, I was told that it was not there problem and to contact DoorDash. WE DID NOT ORDER FROM DOORDASH. I ordered online on the papa john website. They were busy and outsourced to DoorDash. Therefore the papa John’s store is responsible for the mishap and not DoorDash. Overall Angela at the Papa John store was very rude and basically didn’t want to hear about it. I recommend not to order from this Papa John location EVER.

Not sure what’s going on with this location. It’s been great up until now, but it took over 20 minutes for my pizza to even be put in the after I ordered. Additionally, the workers were not using the pizza tracker correctly and having it display as ready to be picked up before it was actually ready.

Papa John’s returns to the area with a bag but not what I remember. My kids have seen commercials all over about Papa John so whe. We saw they were opening up a new Rochester location so had to some . This isn’t the Papa John of old . The place was buzzing with orders , our food was ready and correct . You need to pay for the garlic butter sauce now and the Papadia was awful. The pizza was fine and the kids liked it . If you want cheap pizza this fits the Bill , but there’s plenty of other places I would go first .

On Sunday, December 5, 2025 i bought 2 large pizzas and and order of garlic parm wings for pick up. By the time I got home, the garlic parm that was pored over the wings soaked through the boxes, not only the box the wings was in but also the pizza boxes . For anyone who is going to order pizza be aware that you might not get your order from them. As a Uber Eats driver I went in to pick up an order and got denied the pizza because I didn’t have a “ hot bag” and I asked them since when did they start doing that and they said 2 weeks ago… so if you’re ordering pizza from them via Uber or DoorDash or Grubhub and you’re order gets picked up and then cancelled or not even picked up by anybody you know exactly why.
