Drive thru pretends you don’t exist. Won’t assist unless you holler through the window.female night employee incredibly unwelcoming and just asked for name and walked away without saying a word. I waited longer just to receive a terrible, sauce less, mostly bare bread “pizza”.

Have ordered from Papa John’s from all over the US and several foreign countries and this particular location is by far the worst one I’ve experienced. Between orders being wrong or food showing up “mishandled ” let’s say, even after bringing this to managers attention it keeps happening. I gave up after 4 consecutive mishaps. Avoid this one!

Ordered Pizza and 2 orders of breadsticks. They forgot my sauce for the breadsticks. When I called the CSR told me there was no order for me under the number she asks for off the box then told me my address wasn’t on that order.. everything was under my name, I ordered through the app. After asking to speak to a manager she caught an attitude. The manager found it and said he would credit my card back after midnight. Hopefully he does.

I ordered a pick up order in the papa johns parking lot. About 10min later I was pleasantly surprised that it said it was ready for pick up. However, when I got home (3min away) I opened the pizza box to find what looks like an old pizza that had been sitting under a heat lamp for far too long. When I called and complained to the “manager” all she dd was assure me that it was made “fresh” there’s absolutely no way. We all know what a fresh pizza looks like, and this was not it. So Papa Johns.. im pretty disappointed in your pizza. Big let down. It was also Luke warm. Terrible terrible pizza. What happened?

The atmosphere was a little wild that night because it was UK basketball game night. They got our pizza out to us after asking just once. And we were out of there and the pizza was delicious. Crust was great. I just wish I’d had two butter sauces for a large pizza that would have been nice

A terrible experience. I placed my order through the app and picked it up at the drive through. One was supposed to be pepperoni and banana peppers, the other was supposed to be sausage and mushrooms. Can you see any meat on these pizzas? Not to mention they apparently don’t know how to cut slices evenly or correctly cover the pizza in sauce and cheese.This garbage was over $20. I tipped them but probably shouldn’t have, and definitely should have opened the box before leaving. Not that it matters now though, because I won’t be coming back here.

I’ve been doing the online carry-out from this location for a few months now. I find it incredibly reliable: my order is always correct, it gets made super quickly, it is always excellent quality, and the employees at the drive-thru are super nice. They almost always have good deals online for select menu items, too! Love grabbing a quick pizza from here!

I normally have a better experience here, but just received an order with every single modifier ignored. Extra cheese on a light cheese pizza, barely cooked when specified well done, wings are extremely chewy when meant to be crispy, all sauces given were wrong.

Ordered a large pepperoni for carryout, got home to find it was pineapple instead. Sadly that’s not something you can pick off a pizza!
