We have ordered from this Papa John’s twice in the last month and in both instances the pizza has been made wrong. The first time we picked it up and it was supposed to be half and half because not all of us eat meat. It was not made correctly as the whole thing was made with meat. The second time, the pizza was delivered and was not the correct pizza at all. Wrong ingredients entirely. Neither time did anyone answer the phone when we attempted to call to correct the error.

I asked for my pizza well done and this is what I received!!! The lady said well you did say well done. I have received many pizzas from this location and my pizzas are always well done and never looks like this. The boy even checked my pizza and gave it to me like this what acceptable. I checked it and was like did you see this pizza and began to take pictures and of course he tried to yank it back but I still got a picture. I can’t believe he really gave me this pizza looking like this.

Ordered a large pepperoni pizza. Half pineapple half mushroom. There might have been 6 pepperoni on it. Pineapple was every where as well as mushroom. Worst pizza ever.

Maybe I’m picky, but I could’ve sworn we ordered cheese-sticks, not a small cheese pizza minus sauce… Our food was almost 30 minutes late via PAPA JOHNS delivery(this place is about 6 mins from my home) and it looked very rushed. The wings were sauced IN THE BOX and not tossed in sauce. Disappointed. Will not be returning to this location.

Someone ate the peppers, sucked them dry, and put the stem and remains in my pizza box… Then delivered it to me. Tried to call the restaurant, got very rudely hung up on. Wrote a note to corporate, leaving a review here. Idk whats going on here but this location used to be so good. Now you literally get already eaten food delivered to you. Gross. Save yourself the hospital bill.

I asked for stuffed crust pepperoni pizza. They delivered this monster instead. Center is soggy and thin and the stuffed crust dough is humorous relative to the whole pizzas size. Just horrible.
