I ordered from this Subway and it was one of the worst experiences I’ve had. My $28+ order arrived completely wrong: my turkey sandwich wasn’t toasted and was missing all condiments, leaving it totally dry and inedible. The BLT came with mayo even though I selected no mayo, and it also wasn’t toasted.
When I tried to contact the store, the phone number went straight to a full voicemail box, making it impossible to reach anyone. DoorDash only refunded $3.49, which doesn’t come close to covering the cost of food I couldn’t eat.
Based on my experience and the store’s already low ratings, this location clearly has ongoing issues with order accuracy, quality, and customer service. I would not recommend ordering from this Subway.

The restaurant is clean. Appears to have been remodeled recently. The music is too loud for a place that isn’t busy. There was one lady sitting in a booth waiting for her online order. There was one gentleman working on making sandwiches for her order. He never said a thing to me. 10 minutes later he finally acknowledged me. I gave him my order and felt like I was disturbing this man. Simple order. Spicy Italian footlong. Not toasted nothing special but this guy just seemed like I was an inconvenience. He is the kind of individual who makes you not want to come back to an establishment and I won’t. I was picking up this order for a friend and he said the sandwich was good so that is the only thing that is a positive for this visit. You want a good sandwich and to be treated like you are a valued guest in a place you are paying for this place isn’t that. The guy was older, no name tag so I can’t give him a proper shout out. Personally I would suggest you take your money elsewhere. I know I will.

I have always had great service and fresh-tasting sandwiches at this particular Subway on Cheyenne Mountain Blvd. This time was no different, but I want to take a moment to acknowledge and compliment a staff member who went above and beyond to provide exceptional service. Kylie not only answered my questions patiently, but assisted me with a smile through the whole order process. I am blind, and I requested assistance with getting the fountain drinks. Kylie didn’t hesitate. She got my drinks, helped me with choosing the chips/cookies, and rung me up, It was only after I paid and thanked her that I realized there was someone else waiting in line, who she immediately started helping. It would have been understandable for Kylie to be a bit rushed or even to tell me to wait until she took the next person’s order. She did neither of those things. Instead, she made me feel like I was a valued customer and I had all of her attention. That level of service is so rare these days, and should certainly be commended. Kylie, I appreciate you. Keep being awesome!

the girl with the black hair and the black septum with red gems working this evening should not be working on her own. she was extremely rude, not to mention the fact that we stood in the foyer and waited for her to finish eating her sandwich, she came right out without washing her hands… not very appetizing . she was passive aggressive and sloppy making my sandwich. i’d love to leave her name but she didn’t have a name tag on.

Service was okay. The manager was nice however he was talking on the phone majority of the time as well as training a new hire. The girls working were rude.
The new nachos are nothing to brag about and wouldn’t consider it a foot long at all. They ran out of Baja sauce and I asked if I could get extra cheese instead and was denied. Then the manager told one of the girls to make the sauce and she rolled her eyes and refused. I said it was fine I’ll just take it how it is. Paid an extra dollar for a sad pathetic scoop of avocado. I mean look at it. Barely anything.

Arrived @ 9:30 doors locked…thought…hmm ok says 10 (for closing) but cool. Drove to the one a few miles away…employee didn’t even want to be there…so I said no thanks and left. Came back here took a photo while employee was doing trash… ♂️ started walking away and had another BIG employee come out and say “sir” I engaged in quite a conversation in which I was NOT given the “managers” name but told “don’t worry about that”. I WILL be calling tomorrow 9/27/24. Thanks for messing around and finding out!

Masked up sandwich maker telling me she needs to keep everyone safe. If she’s sick what she doing working in a restaurant? She was also a mumbler – I could not understand a word she said.
UPDATE: Both the bread and the cookies were 2 days old. Worst Subway outlet I’ve ever been in – they are usually excellent. Not this one.

We ordered two sandwiches on Doordash from this Subway. The first sandwich had almost nothing inside it. You can see in the photo how little meat they put on, and there was almost zero cheese. The second one was the opposite. It had a ton in it, but they put so much mustard and mayo that my husband’s hands were coated and he had to give up on eating it because he couldn’t taste anything else. Absolutely horrible.
