I go to westville subway almost everyday but there toaster is out so I try here in stilwell literally the worst ever the employees and the sandwich I mean my dog wouldn’t even eat it n she gets half everytime. So messy everything was falling out n it was just a BLT wit mayo. N they couldn’t stop laughing to make a sandwich right or to hear wat the customers was asking for. No respect for customers at all. I will b stayin wit westville even if the toaster is out. If I could do 0 stars or negative stars I would.

Sandwiches were Nasty
They were put into a brown bag that was nasty looking and the food had fell out of the sandwich into the bag. I do not recommend this subway.
Tired to call no answer.
Paid 40.00 and wasn’t able to eat it.
I will be going tomorrow and ask to talk to the manager.

No matter how complicated my order is, or how many times I go thru the drive thru, everything is always perfect! The sandwiches are made with care, the employees are friendly, service is quick and accurate. Stilwell Subway is always a great choice!

The ladies in this location were very nice and welcoming. The food was great however it was 85 degrees INSIDE this restaurant. We had to order and leave to eat outside. They told us that the air/heat is controlled from their corporate office. This is NOT ok!!! These ladies were sweating just making food. Do better Subway!

Don’t go!!! Just go to the Westville one if you can’t. This location doesn’t know how to properly make a sandwich. As a former Subway employee, it makes me sad how my food comes. Also, who the hell eats cold eggs? I ordered my sandwich toasted for a reason people!!!!

My first time there, even though we’ve lived here almost 5 years. The employees were friendly and patient. I arrived after, they ran out of pepper jack and swiss, but was told the best time to come in, when they still have everything. The place is clean and inviting. Yes, I would recommend this establishment! Thanks for a nice experience!

I don’t guess their drive through works? I’ve just pulled off and went elsewhere on several occasions now after waiting at least 3 minutes and one time 5 minutes . And only 2 or 3 cars in the entire parking lot There really isn’t 1 decent restaurant in this small town. But I guess it keeps me from eating out all the time.
Updating.. same issue. Since 2020..haven’t been there in like 6 months… I waited by the speaker for 7 minutes today without any type of acknowledgement before I pulled up to the window.. now there were a couple people there today. But I mean at least acknowledge you know I’m there so I’m not thinking.. is the speaker working or not

The people that work at this location are always on point, sandwiches are consistent and always delicious. The restaurant is clean and staff is very friendly! This is the cleanest place to eat in Stilwell, we frequent here!

It was ok but not excellent. There were only 2 people working so there were dirty but empty tables when we arrived and a used glove beside the counter behing the chip stand. One employee was training the other emplotee so they needed another person. The salad we ordered was chopped to small on the top layers but big pieces on the bottom. The new girl didn’t know because she was new and the other employee was busy with other customers to notice until she asked and he didn’t have time to check if it was actually done correctly.
