authentic thai food in ann arbor! the flavor of the pad thai is SO good and it’s not overly sweet. i’m sure other menu items taste just as good. i’ll definitely be coming here often!

We enjoyed this food truck at Wilson Estate Vineyards in Stockbridge this past Saturday. The truck was clean. The staff was friendly. The food was on point!
This is some of the BEST pad thai I’ve ever had and I’ve eaten a lot of thai food. I loved that the sauce was already gluten-free and vegan so no matter how you wanted your pad thai – veggie only, veggie with tofu, veggie w/egg, chicken or shrimp – EVERYONE could enjoy it. There was also a curry on the menu my friend tried and said that was amazing as well.
They have online ordering with QR codes which makes it easy for everyone. They text you when your order is ready. And, you can still walk up and pay with cash, old school style.
We loved everything about this food truck and will support them and nosh on this delicious food whenever we can.

What a wonderful food truck! I have tried it twice now and both times the food was made fresh and was delicious. They are vegetarian friendly and can substitute tofu. The stir fry with tofu was wonderfully spiced and the spring rolls were good too. Highly recommend!

Best Thai in Ann Arbor! Simple menu with rotating entrees. If you like spicy, this is THE place. There are a couple spice levels above their hottest published level. Try fresh Carolina Reaper.
