Tried the New Yorker Pizza and man was it BAD. It was dry and severely overcooked , NOTHING LIKE real NY PIZZA. I was so disappointed and even at $10 it was a waste of money. Even extra Marinara couldn’t help. Dry as a bone at least the staff was nice ! Added pic there was NO marinara on the pizza. No wonder it was so dry.

Ordered online got an error code but they charged my card twice. Keep calling and somehow getting a call center. Did not even know Pizza Hut had a call center. However, they can’t help me said the charges will fall off in a few days. Over $60 no pizza and cannot reach anyone at the store.

Sep 6/24 I made an order on the app. I got the dinner box that comes with square pizza, bread sticks & cinnamon sticks. I asked for extra cheese on the pizza & it doesn’t look like it’s extra cheese. I called to complain, but the guy insisted that he made it with extra cheese. You’re better off ordering from somewhere else. Dominios can do better!!

This might be the worst pizza hut ever. Orders are wrong 1/2 the time. Tonight app says order is ready guy says another 15 min wait. Theres like 6 people in here waiting addtional time for food.

Even though you pay the additional cost for extra cheese, it’s anyone guess whether or not they’ll actually give you extra cheese. I just feel like if you have to pay an extra cost, you should actually get extra cheese.

The service is usually great but the pizzas aren’t very good these days, I don’t remember the last time I even had a pizza with enough cheese to even cover it, it’s usually just lightly sprinkled barely even on it ,the sauce and crust are really all you get maybe a few pepperonis scattered around and maybe a couple of peppers, over all I’m paying Alot of money for something that tastes exactly like those $1.00 frozen pizzas you used to buy at the grocery store. I will give them one more try to see if it gets any better after that I’m going back to five star pizza, it’s expensive too but at least there’s cheese on my pizza. Extremely disappointed with this Pizza Huts pizzas lately. Please start making the pizzas better. There’s a lot of competition and easy to lose your customers in this town. I can’t believe I paid $24.00 for a ladle of sauce on some thin crust. Kinda mad now that I’m thinking about UPDATE: Take a look at my Papa John’s Pizza review, their pizza $ 2.00 less with extra cheese added & just look at the pictures I posted, so you will know what a pizza is actually supposed to look like then compare it to the pictures I took of my last pizza hut pizza. The difference is clearly visible, & explains why I’m not ordering from Pizza Hut anymore until you start putting ingredients back on the pizza dough.
