I rarely visit this Dunkin in Lakeville due to the numerous issues that happen here. However, today I was craving a Bacon, Egg & Cheese Bagel so I stopped. The drive thru line was long but moving and decided why not. When I opened my bagel, it was burnt on both sides not toasted dark but burnt. I took one bite and all I could taste was burnt bagel. It was nasty. Things happen, it was busy but there is no excuse for serving burnt food! Since I did not open the bag until I left the window, I could not tell the girl at the window.

Not the greatest mobile pickup standing there waiting for my mobile order. I see nothing in mobile ordering compartments. Had it on the counter the whole time
How was i to know? Thought they placed it in the take-out compartments? Probably would of never got it until she asked if I was waiting for a order. English muffin had a burnt taste to it.

This is the best Dunkin in the area. I’m here all the time. Tiffany is the manager and does a good job. Nivea and Emily are nice too. They remember and know how you like your coffee. Tiffany is a hawk about perfection. Never had a problem here. Clean, so I’m giving it 4 stars for atmosphere, but a ma and pa coffee shop is the place to go for atmosphere. This is the Dunkin to go to for service.

I didn’t go to Dunkins a couple of years ago because the service and coffee was awful. Since the leader Tiffany took over as Manager the atmosphere, food and store is amazing. The coffee and food is great. Tiffany and staff have turned that store into a place where you like to go. Thank you Tiffany and crew for everything you have done to turn that store around.

So pretty much come tues – sat morning for 1 thing, the same thing every day and I always tip every single day…….well there are two crews who are amazing super friendly food is always great……then there’s this other crew blah customer service and the cook those days has no idea how to use a toaster oven and must be working blind because not only have I received incorrect food on these days but received my order so inedible due to the charcoal black burns across the entire top of sandwich it’s disgusting inedible and waste of food and money!!!!! How bout this I’m going to stop tipping just that team and you’ll know who you are!!! Such bad business!!! To the other 2 crews thank you for being amazing unlike your coworkers!!!!!!!

Morning crew is good. Afternoon crew maybe needs some training. Food is usually overcooked in the afternoon. Cold brew tasted burnt. Not sure how that’s possible with cold brew but it was disgusting.
