I was looking to try something different and Papa Murphy’s showed up in my feed. It wasn’t too far from my home or work, so I thought I would place an order through the app. I decided to try a stuffed 16″ pizza with three different styles of pepperoni, sausage and mushrooms. Additionally, I tried a cinnamon wheel. I was greeted promptly and in a friendly manner when I entered Papa Murphy’s. Everthing was ready to pick up when I arrived and both items included all of the necessary baking instructions. When I returned home, I baked both items and they turned out great! The pizza was quite filling and had an abundance of flavor! I have leftovers to enjoy another day and I will enjoy them! The cinnamon wheel was amazing and baked to perfection following their directions. The cream cheese topping just added to the deliciousness of it! I will definitely order from here again in the future. If you haven’t tried here yet, it is well worth the trip. Check online and don’t forget to sign up for their rewards program. I highly recommend Papa Murphy’s!

Bought a stack of 6 pizzas for a family get-together. All were prepared as I ordered them, ready on time for my pickup. Everyone was very happy with the pizzas even though I overcooked them (my fault).
Not a criticism of this store:
Papa Murphy doesn’t allow you to place an order a day in advance, which I strongly recommend they change. Papa, you can hold the order to the store until pickup day (to ensure the food isn’t prepared too far in advance). But please allow your customers to build an order in advance and submit that order. In my case, I had to place my order while traveling from one city to another. Very inconvenient.

Papa Murphy’s at Middlebrook Pike in Knoxville, TN is the BEST!!! The staff is AMAZING and the pizza is always perfect! I highly recommend this place as it is our favorite Pizza Place! Friday Night, Movie Night or Saturday Football Night, it is always the best!!!

Great customer service! The staff was very friendly, and the store was very clean. My pizza was made quickly, and tasted amazing after I got it home and baked it. Definitely recommend the chicken-bacon-artichoke! I will for sure be back!

The problem is with the ordering system. I ordered a half and half which I do all the time, but when I got there, the pizza wasn’t made correctly. I looked at the email receipt I got and it didn’t show it the way I set it, so I went back on multiple orders and some show it correctly and others don’t. I’d say the people in the store are at a disadvantage when met with this problem where mistakes are made and not the fault of the people in the store or the person ordering. I would highly recommend someone at a high enough pay grade look at their system and fix it.
