Since Panera went away from fresh dough, the food is much poorer quality. It no longer tastes fresh like it used to. Bagels lack taste and flavor! When I drive by Panera locations the parking lots are never full anymore like they used to be. I guess others feel the same way!

I haven’t been to this franchise in over two years. I used to stop and get the pick 2 and you would get a generous size salad and sandwich. 2023 this is what you get for $40.00. Both sandwiches we ordered are very dry. Toppings on the sandwich are sparse. The avocado is brown and gross looking. I’m just disappointed this is what this restaurant has become. Times sure have changed. I won’t be back nor will any other family members I have. There are many other places in the area that serve sandwiches with a salad that are much better and cheaper than this. Sorry Panera, you lost a customer here. Oh, the knife in the center to show you a size reference. That is a regular old butter knife.

Only 3 stars for the food because it is just significantly overpriced for a half sandwich and a small bowl of Mac n Cheese. Food was good, but just on price point alone, I won’t be returning. Unfortunate, because the atmosphere was very nice too.

Any Panera bread you go in to you can expect the same experience. The staff is friendly and the food is great. I recommend the chipotle chicken avocado Sandwich and broccoli cheddar soup. Dessert is always a plus.

The food was fine and the service was fine. Not outstanding but four star worthy, however WHY ARE ALL THE TABLES ALWAYS DIRTY!? Every time I want to dine in the tables are dirty with old condiment spills and crumbs. I have to get napkins and wet them with water from the drink dispenser to wipe a table off. They were not busy at all on my last visit and multiple workers standing behind the counter. Why is cleanliness of the tables not a priority? At least provide Clorox wipes or something for your customers to wipe them off if you’re not going to clean the tables. It’s just gross.
