I got the Ultimate Italian combo I have absolutely no complaints. The reason for the 3 stars on service is that the wait time for my food was a little long. It was a little pricey but the sub was good a full.

I do not know what is going on here. At the beginning of January, I got food poisoning from here, ended up with a UTI as well and they diagnosed me with E. Coli. whatever, things happen. I’m fine now. My boyfriend did not get anything since he had no meat in his sub.
Also to note, I was on a kick with JJ and getting it almost every week and had NO issues until the beginning of this year.
Today, 2/27, my boyfriend got JJ’s yesterday and is now up at 4am with food poisoning, no meat on his sub, and has the WHOLE shabang, and NO it’s not the flu, we just had it and it was different from this. You have an employee or something going on that is not practicing proper food safety. I’m not going to go any further than this review, but i unfortunately will not be returning to this location.

Been coming here for many years and today is the last time. The girl at the window is so rude and always has a piss poor attitude as if you’re holding up her day. Literally throws the food at you. I’ve gone through this location multiple times before and dont recall having issues in the past. But today I tried a new sandwhich and asked very clearly for no onion and no mayo. Before leaving the parking lot I double checked that everything was right and sure enough it was loaded with both onions and mayo. I went inside and let them know and the cashier got annoyed with me… rolled her eyes and asked if they would make another one. Didn’t apologize and made my feel like it was my fault that they made it wrong…. I understand people make mistakes but I don’t understand why people have to be so rude.
