Service was ok. The testing room is average. Their wines are excellent and so is the staff. The tasting room itself and the food are rather mediocre. Such exquisite wines deserve a much better ambiance (and food pairing, or none at all).

As Justin members, we really enjoy visiting the estate — the experience there is always welcoming and enjoyable. Unfortunately, we can’t say the same about the downtown tasting room.
Every time we stop by this location, the vibe feels noticeably different, and not in a good way. We didn’t have a reservation on this visit, which I understand can make things more complicated, but with half of the room empty, it was disappointing to feel like there was little to no effort to accommodate or make us feel welcome. The staff didn’t come across as friendly, and the overall atmosphere felt cold.
It’s honestly surprising how different the experience is compared to the estate — almost like they operate as two completely different brands. This has happened to us multiple times at the downtown location, which makes it even more disappointing as members. Such a shame.

We were visiting Paso Robles & we reserve wine tasting three hours before it closed & so we’re so happy they accept us. THANK YOU SO MUCH.
The lady told us they are full ant the moment and she decided to take us into called “Speak Easy” were like okay . I know what is speak easy but others am with don’t have an idea. (Speak easy is a hidden place).
On speak easy room was quiet, dramatic lights & you think nobody there but about 6 seconds wow.. most tables are full. Got lucky one high table available for us. They had a display variety sizes of wines and love the design of the room.
We order cheese platter and served with the introduction about the wine. End up we order 6 bottles of Red Wines.
We were super enjoyed every minute of it. Unexpected great experiences.
Note: parking was tight during weekend.
Overall experience, wine is fantastic, place and server make more even wonderful.

During our too-short stay in Justin’s cool and comfortable in-town Paso Robles Triangle we loved the premium tasting featuring the excellent Isosceles and Trilateral, which were well-accompanied by the delicious (but too round for The Triangle?) baked puff pastry filled with Brie, and hummus plate. We took two bottles of the Reserve Cab to go (even though they lacked a three-cornered name), one of which was great with the Hotel Cheval’s S’Mores a few hours later.

Really fantastic experience! We stopped by and did an impromptu dessert pairing with wine. The wines matched beautifully with the chocolates and our server/ sommelier Elissa made our experience next level. Her knowledge was amazing and really helped us understand the wine, pairing and made the whole experience exceptional. Beautiful space and really fun!

This was our first visit to their downtown location. We went on a Saturday morning for the first tastings of the day. It was perfect timing. It was getting quite busy as we were leaving.
We tried both menus and they were big pours! Make sure to pair with the truffle fries and chocolate.

Server rushed us to order food and wine at lunch time. Very tasty food and wine! We sat at a very awkward table by the window. Seat was too small and too far away from the table.

AMAZING DINNER! We were in town and didn’t know Justin tasting room also served dinner. We order the Ribeye, it’s so tender and tasty, it was so big too! We weren’t sure if you should order two dinners cause we weren’t really hungry but being there we had to try their food and no regrets! The mushrooms were so tasty and prepared on a different way. Originally we ordered the mashed potatoes but it was late and the server told us they ran out, I decided to go for the Mac N chess with chorizo and Gosh it was good! Server recommended the reserve Cab with the meal and it was a excellent pairing, delicious wine. The tasting room it’s to modern and nice to spend a nice dinner or just go have some wine. Next time we’re doing the tasting for sure, everything was excellent, thank you!

Modern sheik/“upscale” and “cozy”atmosphere. Moderate pricing. And the best burger I’ve ever had were there sliders. Not the best slider I’ve ever had…. eating one 1/2 of there sliders killed every other burger I’ve had in over all taste and composition. Perfect amount of the perfect assemblage of ingredients.
The staff was pleasant and courteous and enthusiastic. Next trip to paso… this place will be on the list

Sharon is the most outstanding sommelier? She is so knowledgeable and welcoming. We are members and have been to this tasting room before but we had such a great experience today with Sharon. It’s sis nice to have a genuinely friendly and kind person assisting us.
