Ordered 1 order of orange chicken with 1 eggroll. Was told 20 minutes. Got there in 15 minutes and was told it would be another 20 minutes. 45 minutes later got my order of cold orange chicken. We are local to Marco and not the first time we’ve had issues with Jackies, had been 6 months before we went back and that was our last. The day is coming where they are going to wonder why they’re not so busy anymore.

I’ve been a loyal customer for years, and every visit reaffirms why this Chinese restaurant is my go-to spot. Their food is amazing—every dish is prepared with fresh, healthy ingredients. The meat is always top-notch; the beef is incredibly soft ,while the chicken wings are the perfect blend of juicy on the inside and crispy on the outside. I honestly don’t know how they manage to cook the meat so tenderly, but it’s definitely excellent. My personal favorite is chicken wings and beef with broccoli,tofu with mix veggies .This restaurant consistently makes the healthy food , and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for authentic Chinese cuisine that truly stands out.

It’s good but not great. Gen Cho Chicken very over cooked and not spicy as advertised. Lots of chicken and little broccoli. Not enough sauce to add to rice. Dumplings taste good but appear extruded. It’s convenient so will be back.

First time ordering. Won ton soup…fair, egg roll….fair, shrimp fried rice…poor, Mongolian beef…excellent, Happy Family…very good. We assumed all dishes would begin with a certain level of seasoning, which they lacked. We believe if you order “extra spicy” the meal will be awesome. Will definitely recur and order everything “extra spicy “

Got beef and broccoli it was meh,, I was hungry so I ate. Wouldn’t order it again. Very watery, no flavor. Kids got sesame chicken and they said it was ok but would not get it again. Crab rangoons and fried dumplings were very good.

Your food it made fresh you can see them making it. My favorite thing about the restaurant is the food is hot a fresh. The chicken is super good we often come once a week to pickup.

Although this Couple really try to please their Customers they seem to have lost all of their help. We waited for an hour and a half on Thanksgiving Eve for our on-line order even after we gave them the 20 minute lead time.
And, after all that the Orange Chicken was overcooked.
I guess they had not planned for the Holiday all of their Soups were sold out as well.
Overall still pretty good food quality never know it was so busy based on the photo

Yuck, yuck, yuck!!!!! Never again. Wasted money here. Hubby wanted take out so we gave them a chance. Worse decision. The spring rolls are very old, my stomach is still mad at me!!! White rice is questionable as fresh heck everything is not fresh. They must reheat it. I’m just disappointed that we try small businesses and they just knock you off in your stomach and your pockets for the money you pay as you can’t get it back. Stop selling old food!!!! Do better if you want customers to write good reviews. I’m definitely not returning on my next visit.
