For anyone who might get a bit lost like I did. It reads “FITCHBURG MARKET” on the top. And it is the left most area of the shop. The buerger (Colombiana) was one of the best buerger I have had all year. The coconut/pineapple drink was solid. STRONGLY recommend the burger if you are going there for the first time

Think its overhyped. But ive noticed this with fitchburg food in general. Like the burger was tough wasnt even juicy n its not thick at all its thin patty toppled with a bunch of stuff. Price is outrageous $15 for a singular burger. Idk fitchburg ive noticed and massachusetts has a lot of “ethnic comfort food” but its not peek at all and its too pricey. I feel like if you lived in Cali for a few weeks learned how to cook you could make better food then a lot of these establishments. This was honestly my last try with fitchburg “latin” food. I think people here just genuinely haven’t had like good food from a kitchen before or something. Like i genuinely can go to market basket and make the same burger but with something and a drink and yes the same or better quality. Maybe people just aren’t learning how to cook anymore so anything thats outside of a box is high quality to them. If this was served to me from a food truck for 10 bucks and a side of chips or something it could of pulled a four because then my standard lowers.
