Heard a lot of mixed reviews about the place since the new management so went to check out for myself. Staff is very friendly, respectful with amazing customer service. No compromise on Food quality and quantity. The place is kept very clean. Apart from just taking the order the staff also asked me how my day was going and also engaged in friendly conversation. Overall great experience. Highly recommend for all to go and support the new management.

When the cashier rings up my order I ask her not to put my 1 sandwich in a bag and she said it’s my job. And the girl that made my sandwich tosses it on the counter when she took it out of bag. Very rude and unprofessional. Word to the wise if u don’t like ur job or dealing with customers maybe this job isn’t for you

Wouldn’t refund me when i order to wrong restaurant which was fine but then they also were a little snappy and when i ate there last week food tasted off and the containers holding product all had moisture built up on them obviously not refrigerated properly

The food was okay. The staff seemed very rushed, even though there weren’t many people in line. We were a family of 4 and the cashier didn’t seem to want to wait to check out the person paying to see what the rest of our family was getting so we ended up having to make 2 transactions because she was impatient and he didn’t know what all we ordered. The staff just seemed very distracted; like they had something more important to tend to in the back.

Ordered online to pick up $45 worth of sandwiches.. which really is only 3 sandwiches.. one of them being a $16 foot long that they gave us a 6 inch instead. Didn’t notice until we drove all the way home. We go back to get the correct $16 sandwich and the employee with the green hair was so rude and unprofessional! We were an inconvenience to her and she had quite the attitude. Some people should not work in the food service industry. This is our last straw with subway. Spending our money elsewhere. Oh and not to mention this location NEVER accepts coupons that I literally get sent in the mail. Get out of here already and let a better business take over.
