I’m so bummed about this review! I loved this place and went all the time for the chicken pho. I went tonight and the first thing I notice is that they have raised the price by 30%. A 30% raise on prices in a short period of time like that is not a cost issue. I’m informed it’s due to new management. So I order because I’m expecting the same great quality pho. It takes a very long time to get my food and as I wait I watch table after table send food back. They finally bring my soup and it’s no longer the great quality meat that has stood out to me time after time, it’s junk chicken, we are talking the cheapest part of the chicken and I’m picking out bones and tendons. So now it cost more and the quality has plummeted. The service was horrible, I had to get up and go find someone to bring the toppings after I waited quite a while. I don’t blame the waiter because he was so kind and he was clearly dealing with a kitchen/management problem. The table next to me sent back a soup because they ordered it spicy and the kitchen sent it back to the table with a container of spices to add to the mild broth. I was honestly shocked. The two stars are because the broth tasted good enough and they gave a good amount of noodles. Unfortunately this is no longer my go to spot.

First time at Phonomenal and service was great! There was a very BEAUTIFUL waitress and the ambiance was very welcoming. Definitely will return soon to have their Beef Noodle Soup again! 🙂

Finally! It’s about time we got a better variety of restaurants in Lumberton. Pho Nomenal brings a lot to the table (pun intended, fight me) with a wide variety of options to satisfy the more adventurous and picky eater alike. We received excellent service from Jason, the restaurant was clean and well-appointed, and the food was, well, phenomenal! The dumplings were a nice starter, but the egg rolls really stole the show. I can’t say that I have much experience with Pho, but the spicy beef Pho was enjoyable, if a tad heavy on the lemongrass. I will definitely be coming back, and often.

Stopped in here for the first time today and everything was delicious! We got the gyoza, the pork spring rolls, and the spicy beef pho and it definitely lived up to the name! We’ll definitely be back

The staff and the food are more than worth the visit. I was greeted with such kindness and treated with such gratitude, I have never had any issues with this place ever. My favorite dish is the seafood pho the staff never fail to meet my needs!

Terrible service.
Ordered through 3rd party delivery and spent $60 for 2 people for lunch. First of all the restaurant had our order for over 45 min before they even started it.
It was delivered quickly once it was actually started and the driver followed instructions. When we opened the bag there was no broth for my Pho.
I called the restaurant and what sounded to be a young man answered. I told him what had happened and he said I had to contact the delivery person to get some broth. I pointed out that it wasn’t the driver who left it out of the order, it was the restaurant. He said they don’t deliver (mind you we are a 4 min walk away) so he can’t bring it.
I then asked about a refund on the pho and he said he didn’t know how to do that. I asked if someone there did and he said it was just him and the cook.
Long story short the flavor of what I did get was good so I assume it would have been even better with the broth but I guess we will never know because I’ll never order again.
