This location always has the friendliest staff and they have a lot to deal with being primarily tourists / transients. I’m a local and they are always interacting with guests and trying to put a smile on their face. They do get busy so highly recommend ordering ahead and picking up as it does take a bit of time to get food. There’s not a lot of quick takeaway spots in the neighborhood, particularly after 8-9pm.

The ambiance is scary.
I don’t feel safe on this immediate corner.
Some of the employees seem to be okay but some of them seem to be rude.
I left numerous times when it was crowded. A couple times I had to wait about a half an hour to receive my order.
They don’t serve the orders in the order they were received either.
All Taco Bell locations seem to bring in the wrong type of people. Especially at night. Usually drunks and hoodlum types.

I tried to call this business telling them I hit the sign… They said they didn’t care and were being really rude. Terrible service! They didn’t let me inform them to help with there sign.

The atmosphere in this Taco Bell was very scary. My sister, my boyfriend, and I came in at 12am and we had placed our orders after sitting at a table for about 30 minutes I walked up to the counter to try and see where my order was. The man packing the orders kept making weird comments towards me so my sister walked up and stood there with me. The man kept making comments about how we were so pretty and which one of us is the bad girl and then a door dasher walks in and was making comments towards us as well. Finally I called my boyfriend over from the table and then they stopped staring at us and making passes at us. After waiting over an hour and everyone who had come after us had gotten their food, we finally got our order and left. It was just an awful experience and extremely uncomfortable and I was very tempted to leave without my order.
Additionally, I watched multiple people come up and ask about the order and this same man just would shake his head and offer no assistance. This Taco Bell needs better management or to shut down.

Food is fine, my potatoes were slightly undercooked. But they allow solicitors begging for you to buy their candy in which is super annoying.
You might wait 40 minutes for your order, and they might bump your order as “ready 10 minute before it actually is

I order a Chalupa Supreme At 205 E Ohio Street,
Chicago, US-IL 60611 this what I got. It’s wet with liquid at the bottom. It look like spit! I told them I wanted a refund they said can’t do refunds because of the presentation. Would you eat this?

Literally didn’t even get my food. Had to cancel. My Uber Eats driver left after almost 2 hours of no completed order. Awful service. Avoid at all costs. Embarrassing for the owner.

The critically acclaimed Toasted Cheddar Chalupa has been out of stock for a week at this location. I have tried taking this to Twitter to resolve this grievance with no success. False advertising, as the app and ordering screen taunts me with that toasted cheddar goodness every time I check.

The Taco Bell at Address: 205 E Ohio St, Chicago, IL 60611, doesn’t allow customers to use the bathroom. This is unsanitary to not allow customers to at least wash their hands before eating. It is also a violation Chicago’s requirements for customer bathrooms in restaurants.
