Polite staff. They were very busy and I was to pick up my order with a short wait. Was glad to see they had concerns for customers by following health and safety guidelines. Food was delicious!
Update 1/29/22
The avocado was put in a solo cup and for over a dollar charge it didn’t seem like much. When I arrived to pick up my online order and had asked the cashier to explain to me where I would put promo code and he explained he didn’t know much about the online ordering but it was at the checkout, I figured it out…it’s before you check out. Anyway he didn’t off a solution nor ask a coworker for help. When I had gone back in to pick up my order I asked a different employee and was told they could void my order and I could start over… somewhat frustrating if you ask me. Also when I placed the order I requested napkins and not one napkin was in the bag. I expected my order to be on the shelf by the door and it wasn’t. I had to ask for it. Bread was delicious as usual.

Everyone was very friendly when I came in, three separate people greeted me. Place was very clean, even with them being kinda busy. Happy that Jimmy John’s had hot sammiches now. Prices are really reasonable for what you get, and my food came out pretty quick. Definitely going to stop here again when I am in the neighborhood

Sullivan Jimmy johns was very disappointing. I usually visit Jimmy johns on mission. They always do a great job. The one on Sullivan i will avoid. I ordered a turkey sandwich, it was not made like I ordered. There was one small swipe each of mustard and mayo only in the very center of the bun. The sandwich was dry. No pickles when I ordered extra pickles. There was only turkey on 1/3rd of the sandwich. My daughter ordered a vegetarian sandwich. I honestly thought I had her sandwich.

My other half and I were just in there and ordered a gargantuan 16″ and asked for jalapeños, extra onion, and extra mayonnaise. No extra onions nor extra mayonnaise. Very disappointing Not one location can get it right.

I went in today 9/11 around 12:30. The place was packed for lunch hour. Just wanted to give props to the team because it looked pretty stressful but they stayed focused on getting orders out as quickly as possible. I was expecting the order to be sort of thrown together in a hurry, but the sandwiches were fantastic. I also visited this location last week and got the best JJ’s unwich I’ve ever had. Thank you guys!

Used to really enjoy it. Now it is just kind of weird. The sandwich was alright (a little boring). The pickle was just gross. Old and slimy, and they didn’t even successfully cut it into quarters. They also got one of our drink orders wrong. Probably going to stick with Subway from now on.

Not sure what’s going on with this particular JJ but only one of the last 5 orders I’ve placed on the app were correct. I’ve had to call in twice. They gave me an in store credit that I most likely wont use. I’d just really like to see attention to detail when executing their sandwiches. Manager didn’t seem to care when I talked to him.

When i come in a look for the # of sandwich i want and read the description of what’s on the sandwich. So i saw there was Onions so i asked if i can have it without onions. I can’t have mayo and tomatoes so i kept reading to make sure there isn’t any. So i got my sandwich and went back to work, i opened it and long behold was mayo and tomatoes. So i called them very politely and told them i can’t have mayo and tomatoes and if they can remake my sandwich please. The customer rep, rudely said no that’s not something we do here the menu says is has those items. (Here’s the catch, in very fine lettering under “CHOOSE YOUR SANDWICH” it says that. Idk about anyone else but i just find the number of sandwich i want and ready the ingredients and go from there and that’s my bad for not asking and double checking, i told him i didn’t see that or i definitely would have asked for none of those items. He then said you’ll have to buy a new sandwich without those items, we can’t make you another one.

Terrible location for delivery. I’m a 2 minute drive from the shop and every time I order it takes 30-60 minutes for my sandwich to be delivered. Placed my order at 12:33pm today and received it at 1:36pm. Called the manager in the past a couple times about this but they don’t care. For all the trouble I asked about getting a coupon for a free sandwich to which I was basically laughed at. Maybe if the owner of the franchise knew about the long delivery times and future missed sales from this experience they would get this issue fixed. Hire more drivers during the lunch hour. Not sure if the $2 delivery fee is paid to the drivers or not but I tip less with the delivery fee. Maybe they could hire more drivers if they give them the $2 delivery fee and additional tips.

Very fast whether you order in person or over the phone. We use the one on Sullivan never had any issues. Clean store friendly employees. Big fans of the #12 Beach club unwhich, and the Big John (roast beef)
