No one at the counter. The kiosk is slow to use. Food took forever to come out. NEVER saw anyone come to the counter. Customers stacked up 5 deep. Food was barely warm. No ice. Nobody in the lobby and 1 car in the drive through when i got here. Last time I’ll eat here – my time is too valuable. Cheap owners – how more people.

This is the worst Taco Bell, and possibly the worst restaurant of all time.
Ordered 5 Chili Cheese burritos from the Y2K menu and they were all flat and completely empty of filling. Each was just a luke warm stale piece of flour tortialla and nothing else. This place is nothing short of a crime against humanity.

One of the worst Taco Bell’s I’ve been to. The quality of the food prep here is subpar (even for fast food). Ordered a crispy chicken taco…the chicken meat looked gray and was clearly reheated several times. Ordered a chili cheese burrito from the Y2K menu, barely any chili or cheese in the burrito.

It must mean something when the parking lot is empty everytime you go there.

Will definitely travel to the franchise on Rt 23 instead of this place

Went through the drive through. Placed an order of $45 worth of food. Came home and 2 big items were missing. MISSING: nacho fries and a chicken and cheese enchilada. Disappointed because we drove 15 minutes to get there… tried calling the store but the number says “used busy”.

Just ordered a box of 12 tacos Supreme to go and by the time I got home none of them were Supreme. I was charged for a box of 12 tacos Supreme and given regular tacos. Tried calling the place but nobody answered and was too late at night to go back. Employees need to pay more attention to what they do.

It was 8:30 at night and I ordered my order for pick up. Unfortunately the store for some reason was locked I could not go in however the workers were in there. I had to wait in a long line for my food which made it cold. To top it off when I got to the window the staff was rude and basically threw the bag at us in the car. Go to another Taco Bell.

Service , my store is based on the auto screen , HATE IT ! can never find what I want on it , staff are not quick to help.out and take the order ,..after you get personal service help food is done rather quickly and normally fresh and well made .
2nd visit now in a week and half and soda machine has no ice yet .

My boyfriend ordered a taco and discovered a HAIRBALL in his food. We called to inform them about their mistake and they left the phone unanswered, which is apparently commonplace with this location. We took the food back to the restaurant to have the situation rectified appropriately and they dismissively refused him a refund and only offered to remake the taco which we promptly threw away. This is completely UNACCEPTABLE and DISGUSTING. I myself have eaten here twice and the food was consistently cold and soggy. Based on the majority of the reviews for this location being 1 star, I seriously implore management to reconsider whom they employ. These people have no cares in the world when it comes to not only sanitation, but also keeping customers safe. The customer service here is subpar at best and we will never be returning.

I don’t understand how this Taco Bell stays in business. The cashier had no idea what he was doing—it took him over 10 minutes just to ring up the person’s order in front of me, and there was no one around to back him up or step in. After struggling at the register, he actually left the counter to go make the food, even though there were other employees standing around in the back. The service was horrendous, unorganized, and flat-out rude. I left…. Never again.
