Honestly, every time I come here there’s an issue. The food is not made correctly and Ordering with the robot is extremely frustrating and then trying to talk to the person to correct the order doesn’t help either. Tonight, I ordered a Cali XL lettuce wrapped, no cheese with light condiments. There was wayy too much mayonnaise globbed onto the sandwich. I ordered two other Cali XL’s, a Kids chicken star combo, a vanilla shake and fried zucchinis. I spent damn near $40. Yep, Carl’s Jr. is expensive. I would avoid this location because if you want a replacement sandwich that rude manager Kelly, ain’t gonna help you, avoid it. I used to be a regular customer, me and my husband and we definitely won’t go back. They don’t make the food correctly and they don’t try to make things right with customers. They want the messed up sandwich to replace when it’s going to go in the trash. A HUGH INCONVENIENCE AFTER SPENDING SO MUCH. DONT GO HERE. Keep customers and happy coming back, especially after spending so much.

Hey I just came through the drive through to get a cherry coke extra ice there always so nice and clean here and the food is always fresh to order Kelly was a employee super fast and efficient I was gone within about 2 minutes thanks Kelley and. Carl’s Jr for always having great food make sure u guys download the app sometimes Carl’s Jr can get a little pricey but with the app and my points I never pay for drink and a lot of my burgers and meals are discounted get the app and use it every time u come here and scan ur receipt don’t throw your receipt away until you’ve scanned it … and Carl’s Jr has the best cherry coke and there jalapeño poppers are so good but I really feel in love with the spicy chicken try it like this order the 2. For6 spicy chicken sandwich with extra mayo because they don’t put alot on the add white cheese jalapeños change the lettuce to leaf lettuce change the bun to potatoe bun and add tomato and bro !!!!it’s not even a lot to change it like this it’s under 1$ and omg they need to make this a sandwich fr try it and come back and tell me !

Service was horrible!!! Apparently, Erika had a language barrier because I repeated my order twice at the drive thru speaker and then three times at the window and she just kept saying “yes”. Mind you I only ordered three items. Which she only gave me two items. Needles to say, I had wait for my other item while my other food got cold.

I’m sitting here at Carl’s Jr. on East Avenue J Shift Lead Davis was assisting at the cash register .I was having issues with using rhe app 2 and he declined to even give me any type of assistance. I’m not very knowledgeable on using the phone. I guess next time I’ll get in my car and drive West Avenue J and Valley Century Way, where i had great customer service. Theybwas willing to assist this Sr. citizen.

Ave J & 20th St. E Lancaster CA. I came to this location to order food for my family and David in the drive thru was extremely helpful. Not only did he recommend the Angus Bacon Cheeseburger but he also added on a 2 for $5 Cheeseburger special. I was more than pleased with the EXCELLENT customer service. It’s beyond what words can explain. Thank you for the great customer service David and I look forward to dining at this location in the future.
