This was one of the worst Subway experiences I’ve had. The meat was extremely dry—like turkey that’s been left in the oven far too long. Portions were skimpy, and several of the toppings looked old and unappealing, which completely ruined the sandwich.
The bread also seemed over-proofed and had a strange texture, not fresh at all. On top of that, they didn’t accept cookies, which makes no sense for a Subway and added to the overall disappointment.
Between the poor food quality, small portions, and odd limitations, I won’t be returning. I’d recommend choosing a different location if you want a decent sandwich.

I come here a couple of times after work every week normally when I have a coupon, the lady scans it and tears it up after use. Today I witnessed her scan and return a coupon to someone that was her nationality. I was next after that customer she scanned mine & I asked can I keep my coupon as well just to see if she would she scanned it and ripped in half I said, why did you allow the other customer to keep her coupon? She shrugged her shoulders. I then said you need to treat every customer the same. Obvious racism. I will no longer be returning here.

Ok this is like the first time im writing a google review. I was drunk when I ordered uber eats and did the responsible thing of ordering out instead of driving. I see a restaurant called “wavy baby subs”. It had buy 1 get 1 free bagels and it looked so good. So I order that and a turkey sandwich.
I wait for the food to get here and the uber eats car pulls up and she hands me a subway bag. I’m like “I didn’t order subway.” and she goes “I guess its a restaurant inside a subway.” I’m drunk and didn’t wanna argue so I took it inside and it’s deadass just subway.
I get on uber eats chat support and got it refunded. So I don’t know if its uber eats that’s setting subway up of if it’s this subway that’s doing it. Either way the turkey sandwich was below average and the sandwich breakfast wrap sucked and wasn’t the bagel I dreamed of. 3/10 would not do get bamboozled again.

I ordered a foot long hot shot sub meal with a bottled cherry pepsi and chocolate chip cookies. The driver called me and told me she handed her a fountain Pepsi. I sent her back to fix it. Once receiving my order I realized I didn’t have my cookies. I was trying to call them to have my cookies ready for me and they do not answer the phone I’ve literally called three times. This is extremely bad for business. This is literally the second time I’ve ordered from them and it was like this. Same situation. UPDATE: I called doordash support to fix everything doordash did the same thing called them multiple times with no answer. So I put in a request to get my money back and this will be going to corporate. I understand that’s something small like a cookie or side item and the difference between a bottle or fountain drink but this has happened multiple times to me. I work at home and I’m careless until my spouse makes it back home. Im spending my hard earned money on this and so will other people. I just don’t want this to happen to anyone else. This makes me feel customer service is dead.

I ordered a steak, egg, and cheese didn’t receive any steak or cheese too hard pieces of egg for actual leaves of spinach. Very small leaves to be exact. The eggs were so hard round and rubbery. I couldn’t even bend them. The cheese steak sub very little steak and cheese. They drenched it with sauce five small leaves of spinach. The bread was soaked with the sauce just to add it did not look appetizing at all either item. I see in the reviews that a lot of people are complaining about the same thing you spend so much you don’t get the adequate portion or something is left out, how disappointing. They need to just close!

This place needs to be shut down immediately! The staff can barely understand English to even full assist you as needed. They’re rude and nasty. I order online and my sandwhich was still mad INCORRECT. after having to drive 15 mins back to the location the Indian little girl sat there trying to understand “what was wrong” after showing her she used flat bread instead Italian herbs and cheese. She still gave attitude and acted as if I was lying even after showing her the ticket! She acted as if she was doing me a favor by remaking it as if it’s against the policy even though she misread the ticket. I ask for 3 cookies for the inconvenience and I quote “I already made your sandwhich over for free why would I give you cookies?”…. I asked for a manager but was refused even though I could hear her in the back. Every time I go to this location there’s always an issue.

This is the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. I am so disappointed in the service at this restaurant. I made an online order and the employee refused to put all the ingredients on my sandwich. I showed her proof of what I ordered on the receipt and she kept saying that is not what is on that sandwich. I already paid for my sandwich online. I decided to let her know that she can go ahead and make it and then she proceeded to make 3 other customers orders before she made mine even though I was there without them. I asked for her name and she refused to give it to me.

Do not eat here they have roaches in the bathroom and my sandwich was wrong and they refused to make it over …I ordered a meatball sandwich which was cold … the girl simply stated that she should’ve cooked it longer .. the fake owner came and said he wouldn’t exchange it because it was on the special .. the workers are probably their kids …. when I say do not eat here I mean that … I know we read reviews and say oh that’s one review but coming from someone who loves food ,, I’m telling you DO NOT ORDER A SANDWICH FROM HERE UNLESS ITS A COLD SUB !
