Ordered Boss Burrito with chicken and was left wondering where the chicken and the flavor were. Not sure if this is a location or a chain issue, but I’ve made multiple attempts and the food is always void of flavor unless its salt.

Be calling corporate! We opened our food as we went through drive through the burritos weren’t. Even wrapped. Both fell apart as we opened it! The grilled chicken burrito was cold and barley wrapped and seapeing sauce out both ends! I want a full refund this is ridiculous I am beyond aggravated. Shouldn’t get food open it to have it all fall out!. We called to talk to manager and all he said was i guess I’ll have to talk my cooks about wrapping is that all?!? Are you serious your going to be rude to us as your cooks couldn’t even manage to wrap a burrito end serve cold food? Learn to re manage and teach employees to care!!!

I went here for lunch. I am use to taco bell and OMG this was awful compared to taco bell. The floor was dirty and why does it cost 11.99 for 6 tacos and a pound of tater tots. If this town ever gets a taco bell taco johns is toast. The food was okay but they messed up my order. I asked for chicken street tacos but I got Shredded beef. They made it right when i asked them to and there nice about it. The staff is nice but everything else is bad.

I went there today and noticed the boy preparing the food wasn’t wearing gloves. What made it worse was the fact that throughout the making of the taco he was licking his fingers. It’s an overall sketchy place. I can’t blame them though. They barley make any money.

Food was TJ. If you like fast Mexican food it is fine. Only reason for missing a star was the cleanliness. As we were leaving I had to point on a mess on the floor that should have been caught and cleaned up without being notified of the mess.

It never fails every time I go here I get old tots and I have to order a burrito just so it’s fresh! They haven’t Chan but I’m sure the ppl behide me got fresh things. Don’t eat here if you have an allergy. Specifically specified no tomatoes, no salsa, no Pico. Thankfully had allergy meds with! Called to remind them if someone asks for no tomatoes and says no to salsa and sauces, to not put it on. Lady says people often say no to tomatoes yes to salsa. I told her I had said NO to salsa. She hung up on me. Potatoe Oles where good, though.

Definitely go somewhere else. The potato ole’s were the only thing edible. The chicken in the quesadilla was rubber, the ground beef in the tacos was literally rancid. We didn’t risk swallowing any of it.
