With everything closing in Warrenton I’m unsure how they are still open! I’ve been trying to get there to try the new 4 way pizza! It’s either after 8 when I think about today I made it at 7:48 to be told they are closed and won’t be making any new food but they did offer me some puffs which I like but said it was cash only because they already closed the credit card. Now do you close at 8 or 7:30 because obviously not 8.

I’ve ordered here twice, and I will say the pizza comes out hot and ready, almost mouth burning. Service times vary wildly, first time I got a pizza in 14 minutes, the other time it was 8 minutes. I would have personally rated higher if they let the dough cook for a little while longer, as both times I had slightly under-cooked dough resulting in a more floppy and hard to hold pizza.
Other than that it’s a pretty good location and that has good service.

Went today to get to of The Smokehouse pizzas and this is what they look like come on really it would be nice if the toppings would actually meet the top of the crust. I will not be buying pizza from them again I will continue to buy it in Culpeper at least they know how to make a pizza.

We often order from here out of convenience. The older Indian gentleman he is perhaps the owner or the manager was very rude when I mentioned we accidentally ordered for the wrong day. He didn’t offer to correct the order even though we order there frequently. They often miss items in our delivery order and we have to go back to get missed items like our appetizers like wings or desserts like the brownies or our liters of cokes. It’s very inconvenient to go back. Pizzas are often over cooked and the cheese burnt on top. The people who work there are often confused and offer poor customer service it is best to use the app to order or you will not have an intelligent conversation with anyone!

Store says they close at 8, employees would beg to differ. Walked in at 7:36 to grab just crazy bread. Employee greeted me, I ordered 2 crazy bread, he says “we’re closed”. Walks me out and locks the door.

The pizza is always good, but this was Halloween and the wife called our order in at 2:00 to have it ready by 5: 00. When I got there they were so slammed that customers were waiting outside being told it would be 45 minutes before they saw an order. I waited almost an hour before I received my dinner that was ordered at 2:00. People were walking in and placing orders getting their pizza before me. Others said they placed their order online at 4:00 and got theirs before me. Only two people were working which I feel bad, but they were not handling the orders properly. They were also making excuses to customers on why they could not refund their money making them wait.

cheapest pizza is now $8.49 for a little Ceasars pizza. Better to go half a mile down and get Domino’s which I believe to be better pizza for cheaper. You can even go to Papa John’s across the highway a few minutes and pay the same. I miss when the bottom level pizza place was 5 dollars and always ready. This was a 10 minute wait and I paid $10. Would have been 10 minutes anywhere else. Will probably never go there again.
