I ordered MaPo Tofu and my dinner mate had Happy Family. Both were tasteless. I even resorted to putting my own soy sauce on it for some flavor. The Happy Family was so bland it ended up in the garbage. I had given up trying to order Governors Tofu which used to offer nice texture and coating to the tofu. Whoever has answered the phone the last few times was unable to recognize or improvise it. We have typically ordered about 3 times a year because it is close, but I think the blandness may have put us off for good.

If i could give them 10 stars i would. The food is so good and, not only that, but i lost my card and they all went outside to help me find it 100000/10 service! We will be back at least once a month and i will recommend this place to anyone who asks for a good Chinese food place!

I eat here often. In the past it was because of convenience. The past two years it has been because of the food. Recently, it has been for the SERVICE!
I have had 40+ orders of chicken and broccoli. From lunch to combo, to dinner. Out of that many times there has been 3 orders that were messed up. Never because of taste, just incorrect or not right sauce.
I come out of my way now to order from China inn because of the quality of food and the excellent customer service. I want to make a special note tation for BING.
Bing knew I came in often and when I mentioned I had a small problem with my past order, he made it up to me right away.
The young man is good. I think I remember seeing him wrapping silverware in napkins when he was really little. He likes Acura/Hondas too.
This is the place to go for Chinese food. Thanks Bing n China inn.

Very tasty food! Highly recommend! Asked for extra extra spicy and got exactly that!! Spicy but TASTY!!! Treated me like family! My number 1 spot to go for Chinese food!

Best in Madison! Has a drive-thru. I live 2 blocks away and when I place an order, it’s ready by the time I get there. Cheapest sweet & sour chicken in town (I’ve checked) and they give you a bunch of it!
