I wish I could rate zero stars. I happened to be in the area and decided to try this location since there aren’t any in my city. I ordered a chipotle chicken club flatbread on recommendation of the cashier and I tipped for this takeout order. When I was given the flatbread, I opened it and noticed there was barely any sauce and I asked the girl who made it to either add more sauce or for a side of sauce. She told me no unless I paid extra for the sauce. I declined. I shouldn’t have even tipped. I was so caught up with her telling me no over the sauce, I didn’t even pay attention to if the order was even made correctly. I live almost 2 hours away and didn’t even realize until I was too far that she never even put the bacon on the flatbread that is part of the chipotle chicken club. It only had the processed chicken, dry lettuce and tomato. I’m so annoyed and I should’ve read reviews on this location before trying it on a whim. They don’t answer the phone either so I can’t even get a refund. Never again!

The two girls who work there seem very sweet but overwhelmed since they’re short on staff. They were struggling to make the orders while a like of customers formed. It’s 100% not their fault, but rather the owners. How are they supposed to run a store without enough staff? I like the food but it’s not always consistent. For instance, sometimes the wraps I order are 98% lettuce and greens and 2% chicken and sauce. Also, when ordered today I received a wrap with clearly old lettuce (as seen in the picture). I’m mainly writing this review so that the two girls who work there don’t have to struggle anymore because I can’t imagine how stressful it is.

Disappointed because I was craving all day for it and when I finally took a couple of sips, it was bad.

The girls working there specifically the white girl have no customer service. I had to say my drink and order a few times. She asked “what size” when there’s no sizes for a smoothie or a chicken bacon ranch. Didn’t even get my smoothie order right. I go out to another store for a good 5 minutes and come back the smoothie was out. I wait another few minutes for the food until I said something because you could tell they didn’t have my order made and they gave me the wrong order so I come back to the store again and they didn’t even have the food made and were just laughing. It was not busy at all so customer service at this place sucks two young girls who look miserable being there.

Manager would not accept a valid t mobile Tuesday deal where you spend $1 to get a free smoothie. Manager tried to force me to pay for a meal for the smoothie, which is outside the deal. Deal worked normally on the app, manager just making their own decisions

Stopped in your store at 8:05 AM on Saturday morning to order three smoothies. Waited 10 minutes for the girl behind the counter to set up her store before she took my order. Once she took my order, she continued to set up the store and I asked how much longer till I get my smoothie and her reply was 10 more minutes. At that point, I asked for my money back and walked out. Getting three smoothies at 8:05 in the morning shouldn’t take 20 minutes. When I asked her why it was gonna take 10 more minutes, she told me she had to finish setting up her store. Maybe your employee should come in 10 minutes before the store opens to do that so their customers aren’t waiting 20 minutes for a smoothie Girl was disrespectful and rude to the customer. You’ve lost a customer in town.

I asked for a hummus veggie wrap. I specifically said no avocado and very less on the lettuce. As you can see in the picture there is a lot of lettuce. And on top of that. For some odd reason it took 15 minutes to make my order. While girls were talking. I had to tell the girl in Spanish, and to my surprise she looked at me and surprised that I knew Spanish. To let her know that the girl said that it was ready. On top of that, the wrap itself completely was not wrapped fully. And all of the lettuce fell. There was hardly any rice, or beans. I don’t understand what is up with this place. But for the past couple of months. They be putting less and less beans on it

What a sad little place. I ordered a normal fruit smoothie and it was almost entire ice. It had no flavor and cost $9. There was one worker and she was clearly overworked. I would not recommend this place.
