Nothing like ordering 3 pizzas and getting 3 “half” pizzas as they all were squished into one half the boxes. Oh… and ordered for 4:45 delivery… came at 4pm.

Horrible customer service. I scheduled a pick up for 4:30pm to take to a football event. When I walked in, there were 3 employees. 2 males were making pizzas and the female was talking to one of the males. She looked my way and walked towards the back, yelling “Be with you in a moment/minute”. I waited a few minutes and she walked back out with dough in her hands. Without acknowledging me again, started to roll the dough in the flour. I finally asked ” Is there someone that could help me?” She seemed irritated and walked towards the register, “Are you here for a pick up?” I said “Yes”, and have her my name. I grabbed the pizza and walked out the door, but not without hearing her mock me, “Is anyone going to help me?” I turned around and walked right back in and I said, “Would you like to try that again”? She says, “Well, you see we’re busy (no one else in the store), you could have waited a few seconds”. Mind you it took her all but half a second to hand me my order. I asked for her name (Malaysia), and then asked if there was a manager on duty. Low and behold, “She said, that’s me. ” I was appalled at how she as a manager felt that it was okay to speak to customers like that. I will be calling to make a complaint since I couldn’t speak to a mature individual in charge. She should not be a representation of Papa John’s in the Rita Ranch Community. I can say that the boys loved the pizza!!

I placed my order at 9am for a 1:15 delivery. I had to call them at 1:45 to ask where my food was for a party that had started. They gave no apologies and just said ‘we’re running late’. They had 2 hours after opening to plan and couldn’t figure it out. My food showed up 50 minutes late.

First and most importantly, the service here is wonderful, and everyone is very kind. There were only two issues: I requested a square cut and did not receive it, and somehow my garlic was punctured, and it leaked on me and my car seats as I was driving home. I wish I could have enjoyed that garlic sauce! And I wish the cut was the kind I requested. ♂️

Would have gotten a better score but they charge 75 cents per cheese or pepper package. I have never been charged for the first package of either anywhere else. I could see if we wanted a lot but they don’t give you any without charging. I won’t go back to this one. All the other Papa John’s I’ve been to give you the packets for free.

Place went downhill in the last few years. The inside is dirty, and the customer service is pretty rough. As for the food, even if you ask for extra cheese, some of the slices have no cheese lol. Like how hard is it to make pizza? It’s not like they’re actually making everything from scratch. I make mine instead or go into Tucson to places like NYPD or Empire if I don’t feel like it.

Great customer service, top notch. They accidentally delivered wrong pizza to my house. Door dash said they couldn’t do anything that it wasn’t their fought. Called the store manager and they remade the correct pizza and had it delivered in a fast timely manner. Too bad all restaurants aren’t like this because most would apologize and say we can give you a credit for next time.

Ordered two Pizzas, and they seemed undercooked. I also had two different kinds of wings that also seemed undercooked. I will order again and ask for well done.
