The ONLY reason I’m giving 5 stars is because I don’t want their ratings to go down. Very nice family and people that work here. Food is great. However, you really need to work on your packaging. I ordered pepper steak and it completely melted the Styrofoam container. So, when I took it out of the bag, there was a MESS to say the least. All over everything. I didn’t eat it, bc I was afraid of eating melted Styrofoam. Wasted money.

Ordered food for delivery 10 minutes away from the restaurant. Was told 45 mins to 60 mins. Fine. After an hour passed, no food had shown up. Called the restaurant inquiring as to how much longer I should expect to wait for the delivery driver to arrive. They said “only a few more minutes”. Well, 45 more minutes passed and no delivery. Called restaurant once more and asked “if you could please just be honest, has the delivery driver even left yet with our order? We are 10 minutes away.” They said yes, he had left with our order. I said okay well if that’s the truth than I would like to be given a discount since my wait time has now reached near 3 hours since first ordering. She said she couldn’t discount THIS order but would “leave a note in your customer profile next to your phone number saying to give discount”. Doesn’t specify what discount this would be nor how I can confirm / validate on my end that I am owed said discount should I place that order in the future. She said “it will be applied just remind us”… I said “or you can just cancel my current order now, despite the driver supposedly being on his way considering he has “been on the way” for 3 hours now. Mentioned I would be leaving this review. And I’ll be sure to let everyone know the same.

Been getting takeout here for many years, lunch and dinner. I believe ownership has changed at least once, but it’s always been very reliable for quality takeout and the portions are solid. Mongolian beef and bbq pork fried rice always hits the spot, specifically.

Was this the best orange chicken and fried rice I’ve ever had? No.
Was it the most quantity for the price that I’ve had in this area? You bet.
Food overall is very good. And they are very very generous with the portions. One lunch special easily lasts 2 days if not more. Will definitely order again from here. As far as fast food Chinese, this is hard to beat. Cheaper than everything else around, large portions, and good flavor. You won’t find better unless you’re willing to visit a proper sit-down Chinese restaurant for 3x the price.

I was charged almost $19 for a large meal. And definitely not worth it. I had a piece of meat with the chewy part of chicken. And overall you get 1/2 volume of the box of starch sauce, some chicken meat and little to none veggies. For $16 I would have 12 delicious pierogis from the place next to them.

I work in WoodDale and I must say, I have found a new location for best Chinese food. They also have GREAT EGG ROLLS and they are huge!
Portion size is great and WELL WORTH the price which is very affordable. I Highly recommend this place as they have exceeded our expectations and for a family who has loved Chinese food in Chicago where we lived, now has found our #1 Chinese food location.
The lunch portion($10.25) is the tray on the left above the menu and the dinner ($13.95) is the tray on the right. They give you enough to eat 3X with just one tray for dinner. (Tray = Foam Carton)

Food is outstanding! The prices are extremely reasonable, especially compared to other Chinese restaurants in the area. My three kids always want Chinese food from Peking, so if children are satisfied, then it’s definitely a great place.
