I have for dominoes in the past and let me say this is the best pizza I have ever had. The product was nice and hot and fresh. The portions were perfect and placed perfect on the pizza and was cut to a perfect 5/5. They definitely do need help here at this store like others have said. But the man who made my pizza takes his job seriously and I appreciate that not many people out there who are dedicated as he was.

I went to shippensburg domino’s on Tuesday 12/30 around 3pm there was only 1 poor girl making pizzas and answering phones and cahing out orders! That poor girl! Later a delivery girl came and helped. These girls DESERVE A RAISE! she kept her cool and was very polite…I’m in the food industry and I would have been losing it! How dare you don’t give them enough help! Im sure the managers that get paid more were at home! GET JOB GIRLS!!!

I just wanted to make things clear that I originally did not want to post a negative review. What made me change my mind was after Wyatt (so called manager) claims that there was no record of me calling in about my pizza being messed up. I always order uncut pizzas because my kids love cutting their own pizza. Upon delivery we noticed our pizza was cut and cut very poorly. My wife and I were very upset and decided to call and get things corrected. Wyatt answered the phone and I asked for a manager. He told me he was the manager and asked what he can help with the issue. Long story short he gave me options and we decided to just take a credit for the pizza.

Later the following week we decided to call today 1/8/25 and Wyatt claims that there was not a credit placed under my order. On top of that he had the audacity to ask me to verify my phone number when knowing he had callerID. I asked him why I need to confirm my own phone number and his rude response was “To confirm who you are” he then puts me on hold for 2 minutes to come back and tell me that there is no credit in the “books” for this account.

I then tried explaining to him that it was only 5 days ago that I originally had placed this order. He then proceeded to tell me that there is nothing he can do. I’ve never had such a bad experience with Dominos ever in my life. How can you forget something that happened less than a week ago and pretend we never had this conversation? I firmly believe that he was retaliating because he got upset that I asked him why I had to confirm my phone number.

Someone needs to give Wyatt a reality check on customer service and the importance of customer service when it comes to his workplace. Negative attitude and negative service triggers a bad reputation for business.

Dominos has upped their game! It has been ages since I had Dominos and I’ve always been underwhelmed by it in the past to be totally honest, but we got a coupon in the mail and decided to give them another try.

We got a good mixture of items and my favorite by far was the stuffed spinach and feta bread! I seriously could have eaten the entire thing myself it was that good! Truly though everything was delicious, piping hot and very fresh so you could tell it had all just came out of the oven and was immediately boxed up and delivered.

We will definitely be ordering more in the future!

I’ve been a loyal customer for years, and I’ve never had any issues with your service until recently. Unfortunately, yesterday around 5:45 pm when I went to pick up my pizza (ordered on my fiance name Seth Stine) I was told that it wasn’t ready. I understand that the store was busy, so I sat on the couch and waited for about 10–15 minutes. After a while, I got up to ask for an update on my order. One of the staff members informed me that my pizza had been made, but they couldn’t find it or explain what had happened.
Since I was already running late for a party, I had no choice but to leave without my pizza. Not only did I lose time, but I also lost trust in the service. This experience was very disappointing.

I’ve had problems with orders being delivered incomplete on a few occasions. Typically an apology is offered, and the missing items are promptly sent. I placed an order this evening and had the same problem, although this time no apology was made, and I was told I would have to wait 20 minutes for the rest of my order. I don’t plan on ordering for this location again.

Ryan the general manager was actually disgusting. He was absolutely so rude to my friend when she was trying to use her employee discount and kept saying “no no no no no you need to know the franchise” as if dominos isn’t a franchise. To be quite honest he was very demeaning and dismissive. A general manager acting like that is no way to run a store.

Apparently calling the driver to ask about why he didn’t deliver our pizza. He lied to us then canceled our order 2 times because we “intimidated” him through a simple phone call.
