Of the several establishments I’ve visited in South Jersey, I can confidently say this one does not meet expectations. I ordered a large plain pizza with a side of wings. simple enough, right? Unfortunately, the blue cheese that accompanied the meal contained hair. When I contacted the store, the interaction was unproductive. The individual I spoke with dismissed my concern and mentioned that he had added his “secret sauce.”

First of all there customer service is horrible if i could leave a 0 star i would i just ordered ask for “fat sandwich with no cheddar and no mozzarella on it” and she asked “what fat sandwich”, i said “fat sandwich with ONLY steak, chicken tenders, and fries with mayo please and funnel cake fries please”! I picked up my order drove all the way home which i live in Mayslanding and look at the sandwich and theres cheese on it!! I called them and she said you didnt say no cheese and i said well i said just steak chicken fries and mayo thats it please… “yea you didnt say no cheese” and kept arguing with me…. Im allergic to cheese so why wouldn’t i say no cheese but ok! Ended up not getting refund, no sandwich, no nothing worst experience i ever had! Definitely wont be order or getting anything from them again bunch rip offs and lazy workers… Also way overpriced!

My husband and I sometimes do doordash when we noticed this pizza spot. We have been looking for a decent NYC pizza place since leaving North Jersey and we finally found it. No/ or little chesse, No oinions or sauce on it( Unless its a special request!?). Nevertheless, the sub was very plain and it was definitely not made with ❤️ love. We also ordered the onion rings. The onion rings was really delicious(Or my husband would say “Roc’kin”) and they were big in size. So I guess we will only order the pizza from this spot, if the father is there to make the pizza because after late night hours no one knows how to make pizza except the father.

Tried going here twice for my son who just wanted a pizza cone. First time we went online says opens at 8, got there right before 8 and waited until 8:15 … no one ever showed up to open the place. Then I called around 830-845 and someone answered and when asked their hours was told 8pm-4am. Then I attempted again to get my son a pizza cone tonight l and waited until 8 to call to confirm they were open…. I called from 8pm until 830pm and not once was a call answered so again they didn’t open at 8.. if they don’t open at 8 then change your hours online. Won’t be trying for a third time to waste my time.

Quite possibly one of the worst experiences I’ve had ordering online.
1) they are listed as pizza university on Slice, but the door dash that was dispatched said it was coming from Cono’s
2) took 2+ hours to get to me
3) pizza smelled and tasted like cigarettes
4) got us sick, and they couldn’t have cared less

My roommate called in an order on his phone and I called in after to order on my phone. The guy who answered was definitely high on the job.
He asked me for my number right after taking my order. Then he started accusing me of being the same person that called right before by saying “we sound the exact same” (we’re different races), and that I was calling from the same number (we both have very different phone numbers). How are you gonna ask me what my number is, then accuse me I’m calling from a completely different number?
This guy was so paranoid he told me I couldn’t order on the phone and I had to “come in and order”. My roommate hears me from another room and comes over and says that we’re different people. Then this guy is silent and just goes “Oh” and doesn’t even apologize. Listen I never get on here and do reviews and I especially never have problems when I order on the phone. I’m sorry I have to do this but the ratings on this restaurant are accurate. Drug test the people picking up the calls please.

SCAM MERCHANT stay far away from this “company” they are scammers. I unfortunately ordered from this joke of a restaurant on slice. I work overnights and it was the only place open. I live in Philadelphia this place is in jersey and for some reason this place has their radius set so large people in Philly are able to order off slice. The address only populates after an order is placed so I had no idea. After about 30 minutes I had a feeling nothing was going to arrive. Thankfully I preemptively contacted slice and informed them of my suspicions. This trashy place then proceeds to lie to slice and say that the order was delivered they then lied to me and rudely hung up on me and refused to refund me. So after speaking with slice they thankfully agreed that no company on earth can make and deliver a pizza almost 20 miles away in under 30 minutes. I was thankfully refunded after advocating for myself. Writing this review because this scam merchant is still on slice hopefully someone will read this before almost getting scammed like me. TLDR; STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS SCAM MERCHANT

Not only does this food eatery has a very unique business hours model, open 9pm – 5am, the food is banging! First time I was ever tempted to order the same food as I was delivering to one of its customers. People up to 45 min to an hour away order from this eatery. I’ve been eating here for almost 2 years, and I’ve definitely noticed a strong decline in both customer service and food quality throughout that time. My two previous orders were just terrible, and I will probably not be ordering from here again. I ordered a pizza cone and instead of making and giving me a pizza cone, they just gave me a slice of pizza. Luckily I was refunded. The most recent (and most likely last) time that I ordered, the lady at the front counter was coughing like crazy and there was hair in my pizza. This time I wasn’t so lucky, I was refused a refund and offered a mere $5 off my next order. I don’t know what happened to this place, but they have seriously gone downhill.
