Baby cause why was I waiting 20 minutes in a FAST FOOD DRIVE THRU, and not even get all my food. How do you miss 4 Fries and 1 Chicken Nugget in my Group order. The worker was rude too. Dont be disrespectful and forget my food too. The worst part is the rest of the chicken nuggets were BURNT. I never had a burnt chicken nugget from a Mc Donalds before. Absolutely Awful experience those 2 Woman need to be fired ASAP.

I was just passing through this area and in a hurry; I’m working. I stopped quickly just for a hamburger, and what happens? The order code is on my phone, and I give the order code over the intercom and move to the next window, but the line is incredibly slow. I get to the next window, and the girl there didn’t even bother to look outside to check and verify my order. I continue to the second window, and they ask me what my order is. I show it to them on my phone, and they make me wait and wait for no reason. After a while, they tell me to go to the next window, a third one, and they leave me there abandoned. Nobody shows up, and I have to leave after seeing about 12 more cars behind me get their orders. Finally, I don’t receive my hamburger or my money back. They get one star, and if there were a zero-star option, I would give them that.

This is a newer McDonald’s location and it’s set up differently than other locations eating in the dining room is a challenge because the people in the kitchen can’t even see the counter if someone is there waiting. I think this is a challenge that management needs to address. The drive-thru is usually very efficient except on weekend nights where you could be waiting in line for up to a half hour

Their ice cream machine has been down for a couple months. No one seems to know anything about it! Very frustrating. I stop continuously for a cone and can’t get one!!!
They also seem to have young teens that work there and have no clue what they are doing. I tried to call them and just get 7 extensions all with the last name of Rodrigez. Hmmm.

If I could give this a zero star I would this is the worst McDonald’s I have ever been to. They have no customer service care. The food is always soggy and cold. Just the service sucks period, need better employees that are willing to work. And it doesnt matter what time i go day or night they suck.

I thought the collier and immokalee McDonalds was real bad but this one tops it off somehow. rude management that won’t own up to their mistakes. Staff will straight up ignore you. And somehow it took 15 mins for me just to get a soda one time because they don’t have a fountain in their lobby for whatever stupid reason.

To preface, this is my third time coming to this location. The staff were helpful and the the atmosphere is good but I cannot rate this location good AT ALL. By far the worst management i’ve seen at an establishment. Each time i’ve gone here, they’ve missed something from my order. On my most recent visit, they’ve missed 4 WHOLE items from my order. I don’t even know how you miss that. Then, I went to go to fix the error and to my surprise they messed it up AGAIN. So unfortunately, as much as I want to give it to this place that they’re good, they fail to provide proper service time and time again.

I have lived here in Naples since before this McDonald’s opened. Since the moment this McDonald’s has opened, they’ve never not once gotten my order correct I’ve always missed a sandwich and or chicken, nugget or drink, etc. And today was the last straw when they stopped, giving out the monopoly tickets. Very poor service any carry out order takes up to 20 minutes for them to prepare

We live 6 minutes away from the place, we wanted to have a quick dinner at home and we bought it through drive thru, when we got home all the food was cold (it was not made instantly) and the hamburger meats were not well cooked. Impossible to eat them.

I never thought I would say this, but this McDonalds location really impressed me. My food for the first time looked like they do in the commercials and the service was quick and respectful. Hats off to the team working today, Wednesday 24th, 4:30pm. I wish I would have taken a picture of my Big Mac. I saw it and devoured it.
