This super cute and tasty sushi and ramen spot is easy to miss of Broadway if you’re driving by not paying attention, but I definitely recommend giving it a try! It is super cute inside, cozy, with a good amount of seating at tables and the bar. They have a pretty large menu with tons of sushi options and many ramen dishes.
Came here to celebrate a birthday and we tried various options. We tried their baked mussels which were tasty but a bit sweet for me. The red Tonkotsu was rich, creamy, with bouncy noodles that tasted fresh. The hot mama roll was super good and will probably be something I get again next time. The staff was nice and answered questions we had. Check them out!

Took my wonderful girlfriend for a date night.
Wanted to try a new sushi spot & was highly disappointed in the roll the server recommended us, we asked to swap it out with a different roll & was denied
Then we ordered a super lion king roll which always is a great choice regardless, it came out as if it was mashed potato’s and falling apart.

The food was amazing! My kids and I decided to do something totally different for Christmas this year. We had sushi, and they did not disappoint at all! My eldest is extremely picky and loved everything! They are not skimpy, price is very fair a true hidden gem. We will be back.

This is my all time favorite sushi spot. They have absolutely everything you could want including the best tempura French fries I have ever had in my life. The plum wine is great and the staff is very friendly. We go here as often as we can! There’s something for everyone here, even for picky eaters.

This is one of my favorite places here in Sacramento for sushi. The food is tasty and fresh, we never had any issues at this location.
The prices are not too expensive so you can get a bit more if you are hungry or want to try different items.
They are open a bit later than some other restaurants in town and I appreciate that as I tend to eat late.

The food here is great, we ate everything that we ordered. We came at pass 2pm, they attend to you right away. It’s a small place but the food is great. The problem is the parking, there’s a small parking lot for customer if it’s get full you’ll have to park onsidestep. .

Wonderful experience specially when I dont eat much of other dishes. Watashiwa Sushi o tabemashou des ka? Im here choosing between these 2 neighbors, the Indian curry store and my favorite Japanese Sushi. The fried items love it, but the wet or uncooked fish….nah….my stomach likes to be full and not end up throwing up. So fried and cooked sushi in green seaweed….yum. plus I heard the special during lunch is cheap.

We’ve had quite a few items from their menu, but our recent visit featured spicy edamame and barbecued oysters for starters. They were full of flavor and a great lead-in to the main event – the sushi. We got the Fantasy Roll and the Boxer Roll, along with an order of Salmon Toro with Crispy Spicy Garlic. As always, the fish tasted incredibly fresh and each dish had a balance of flavors that hit the spot just right.
One thing that stands out about Kyoto Sushi, apart from their delicious food, is the consistency. Every time we visit, we can expect the same high-quality, tasty food. The portion sizes are perfect, leaving us satisfied without feeling overly stuffed. And, let’s not forget the prices – it’s excellent value for money.

Food and staff is great. I’ve eaten sushi for a long time and can say the nigiri at this place is the best I’ve ever had. I’ve been to really high end, expensive sushi places before and this is the BEST. Their rolls are big and they actually prepared the sushi rice correctly. The ramen is also good and the atmosphere feels really homey. I highly recommend and shame on all those who’ve dined and dashed at this small establishment.
