A old school diner located near the circle. Cute space with nostalgic feel. Came on a Friday night with a jazz band playing. Great local vibe. As far as food.

I recently visited the Streamliner Lounge and tried their hobo chili, which paired nicely with a refreshing red ale. The combination was perfect for a cozy night out. The loaded taters were absolutely addictive—you can’t just have one! On the other hand, my wife’s southwest chicken salad was just okay; it didn’t particularly stand out.

Service was adequate. Not busy but it felt like we may have been forgotten for a bit.

Overall, it was a pleasant experience, and I’d definitely return for the chili and taters.

I don’t what place Frank walked into 2 mos ago but today we were promptly greeted, seated and our order swiftly reported to the kitchen. The food was hot from the kitchen and tasted great. While not bustling the place has a constant buzz. The old train station art deco style is appreciated in this age of no-thought plastic & toss away architecture – hope they get the overhead model train running again soon. Step back in time and enjoy a meal or drink here.

We ate here with a large party, about 35 people so I’m caveating this review a bit that it was difficult to handle so many of us. But the underlying issues still were a problem.

They had a limited selection of draft beers because of a problem with the taps. The worst issue was a sewer smell on our end of the restaurant. We had to open a side door to get some air but it didn’t help much. The food was good but very average.

I liked the train decor but the large train model on the ceiling track wasn’t operating, would have been cool to see it.

This place has great traditional breakfast. I was able to edit and substitute menu items according to my dietary intolerances. Plus, they have real and fresh fruit instead of slimy melons and grapes. How refreshing!!

This restaurant also has several rooms for large groups.

Call me oblivious but I lived down the street from this place for a year and never knew it was here….. (Get ready for T.M.I.) After not eating for a full day because of a recent colonoscopy, I was starving and searched for a good breakfast place near the procedure. Streamliner came up and I decided to give it a try.

Located in an old train station it reminded me of an art deco style Old Spaghetti Factory with good food. Maybe it was the lingering drugs and my starving state but they have one of the best breakfast menus I have seen in a long time. And the service was just as good. For some reason, this place reminded me of a good diner at a local municipal airport.

Anyway, this is my new local favorite.

Had breakfast today here, as part of a car club get together with the Great Autos of Yesteryear.
Was a small turnout, but had several nice cars on display and about 25 folks getting together for breakfast after some socializing among the cars.
Was a nice gathering of old and new friends, and a great return to normal as it had been pre covid since this kind of small event.
RUBY’S was great with the group, they gave us privacy in the side room, with our own set up and waiters etc.
The waiter was a little less than impressed by so many individual checks, but I’m sure the tips made it worthwhile.
The food came out fresh, hot and delicious and the wait staff made sure beverages were constantly topped up.

Great morning, great experience and lots of fun.
