I didn’t order there today because my app somehow put the location on hinkleville road. I liked my JJ before but after getting service from the other location, I LOVE the one on Lone oak road. The sandwich artists here take the job seriously. No sloppy sandwiches, no skimping, and quality work. Thank you for being amazing. I now know how good I have it with you guys

The guy behind the counter literally laid my sandwich and pickles up on the counter and said “there you go napkins and bag are there if you need it.” I had to pick up my sandwich and my pickles put them in a bag with my napkins. He was beyond rude. The cashier guy was super kind!!

Ordered a combo so I could have chips and drink. Also ordered a pickle. Driver didn’t bring my drink to the door and I had to ask him for it. When I got inside with my food, there were NO chips. I called the store and they argued that it was either a pickle or chips…of course they weren’t wrong. How pathetic. $20 for a sub and a pickle and some argument with an employee.

This was my first trip to Jimmy John’s and I went on the recommendation of my husband who travels a lot for his work and had also recently tried it for the first time recently and said it “wasn’t bad” I didn’t realize they had to drive through so that was a nice surprise! Almost immediately they asked me if they could help me and I explained this was my first time so she proceeded to tell me what the most popular sandwiches were, what I could add on for “free” and although when I received my drink I had to ask for a straw, I think he was new, the bread was denser than some other places I won’t mention but also narrower. It was ready almost as soon as I was done paying and it looks like someone carefully placed the ingredients on the roll which is encouraging and really done at some other places. I found the sandwich to be good and quite satisfying.

Imo it’s not the best of sandwich shops. I prefer roast beef sandwiches at any of the sandwich shops I’ve been to. However this place’s roast beef tasted like roadkill to me. I got rid of the sandwich after just two bites. I won’t go back there.

Prefer vs subway but that’s a personal preference not sure everyone would feel the same. Service and atmosphere is excellent if you go to the hinkleville road one. Blonde hair girl slightly rotund(best way I know to describe and still be polite) Jackson Street one not so much. Went there a few days ago and the lady literally put all the mayo lettuce etc in one spot in the middle of my sandwich and when I opened it there was a massive hole in the bread. And I got the new sandwich could only eat half of it bc of how she made it. I’m very disappointed if you don’t like your job please don’t take it out on me. These sandwiches aren’t cheap. Like 12 to 13 dollars for an 8 inch.

They will mess up your order, even when you confirm it 3 times, lie about the mix up, then charge you more than the original order would have cost with the combos, all while telling you how “sorry” they are. Waste of my time. This was my first visit and definitely my last. Thought better of some more artistic phrasing of my dissatisfaction so. Take it for what it is.
