I got a two for 20 the service was great. Lady behind the counter was very nice, pleasant. I suspect she was the business owner. Both pizzas are great the service was excellent the pizzas were hot. Can’t do much about the atmosphere, it’s Stockton. Definitely be back. I highly recommend the cupped pepperoni.

I ordered the big boy pizza $19.99 for delivery, paid for extra cheese. When the pizza arrived, tip for driver was not included! There was a $6.99 service fee before! Tax, no extra cheese.. Barely Any cheese! The tomatoes where little canned skin pieces. I commute so I ate two pieces. Very disappointed. I placed the rest in the freezer to return when I would have some time to. Work has been busy. So it was more than a week before I went into Pizza Guys on Waterloo.
I entered with two pieces missing from the pizza and my $35.00 recite, my information on the recite.
The person at the counter said I should have called sooner, he could give me $5.00 off another order.
It ended up being $35.00 dollars, low quality and missing my paid for extra cheese.
Low Quality, no clue how to make it right, to me.
$5 was an insult,
I left them with my $35.00 dollar pizza as I walked out.
Don’t throw your money away at this location.

My husband and I had never tried pizza guys before. Through work I was given a coupon so we decided to try it. We were both satisfied with the pizza we got. I enjoyed the sauce to bread ratio and the two kinds of pepperoni was great. I would go again.

One of the best franchise pizza restaurants in Stockton by far. The manager is easy-going and knows how to treat his customers and you can tell by the sales awards displayed in front. I’ve been coming here for years and the quality of the pizza and other items on the menu never stray from excellent. It’s not in a great neighborhood but there’s plenty of parking and your order is always ready on time.

I ordered a medium specialty pizza day. When I picked it up there was a cockroach that crawled off of my box onto the counter. The employee working grabbed a paper towel and smashed it and offered to remake my pizza. I declined but was not issued a refund, unfortunately. Couldnt get a manager to come out of the back to speak with me. Also worth noting that the employee commented on his fellow workers and their lack of cleanliness and proper hygiene. I am thoroughly disgusted by the entire experience. The manager at this location should be terminated and the entire store audited.
