Stopped in for the morning brew onna logistics layover nd decided to add-on pastries. Coffee was hot n fresh, as well as pastries. At the time of the order, Nicole, who took my order missed my request for two pastries. However, on the correction, she was kind enough to be accountable nd offer the 2nd one at no charge. A welcoming gesture of goodwill is always favorable nd respected. Thank you.

Usually i have a good visit to this dunkin’. This time I definitely did not. I asked for a grilled cheese and my iced coffee as usual. I had to ask to have my grilled cheese remade because the toast was cold and my cheese was not melted at all. Not to mention they did not tell me when my grilled cheese was ready we had to guess if it was ours or not. They remade it but the quality was terrible yet again. I definitely think it depends on the staff, this staff was mostly teenagers and they were complaining loudly about orders and what the costumers were doing which is unprofessional.

i LOVE dunkin’ donuts but this location is the worst. last time i went they ran out of donuts this time , this is the “ASSORTMENT” i got there was only one with sprinkles that my son got before i took a picture. the donuts all look and taste old. i’m so disappointed i don’t even want to try to go back again
(also dunkin’ is known for their themed donuts so i was expecting valentine’s day type donuts, i highly recommend you go to a different place if you want good soft donuts, you probably will have better luck with casey’s.)

Not worth the price for these the egg tasted old.. and the girl at the drive thru was more asleep than anything not good service and wasn’t very much attentive when asked a question or when I gave her the money she was out of it.

I do want to say, I absolutely love their coffee. It’s one of my favorites and we love to go on Saturday mornings as a treat. The adults who work at this location are awesome and do wonderfully with customer service. I honestly feel bad for them because the teenagers that work there are abysmal at even the slightest tasks. 3 times out of 5, my chorizo wrap will be cold in the center. All they have to do is heat it up. The kicker though was last Saturday when I was in. (11/9). The nice manager who is usually there wasn’t working. I watched a teen make a green icy drink and use a metal spoon to crush/mix. She then proceeded to walk over to the sink, clean the spoon off in her mouth and then simply rinsed the spoon with running sink water. She then just threw it in the container next to the register to be used later. Glad I only ever get a straight coffee.

My experiences every time I come here are great but that’s maybe because I go to a dunkin rarley. My orders have been what I wanted! The parking is always available! The food is okay there and the refreshers are surprisingly good!

I’m a big fan of Dunkin’, but this location seemed annoyed with my dairy-free needs. The food was good and the service was quick. I do appreciate that they have dairy free options for lattes!
