Hands down one of the best Indian food restaurants in North county San Diego. Place was very clean and food was delicious. Staff was very friendly. Recommend the Tikki Masala, Butter chicken and naan. Will be back.

Would give zero if possible. They charged $100 for Medium tray biryani for 15 people. Sent biryani for 5 people. Tray is so small and not even full. When called they said they can’t help if we are too hungry.

Nice restaurant with very good food quality. I really liked the naan and malai kofta. The service was friendly, and it’s great that the place is open until 12 midnight. A good option for late dinners.

Perfect casual dining spot for excellent Indian food. I had the tandoori chicken and my husband had the chef’s specialty goat curry. Ordering mild was just spicy enough. Portions were large enough to have leftovers for tomorrow. Taj Mahal beer was great for two of us to split. Very clean, fresh, with ceramic dishes, glass, and metal spoons and forks. Will go again.

I recently dined at Tandoori Guys and unfortunately, it was a disappointing experience. The paneer dish lacked flavor and had an unappetizing texture, with over-colored hard cubes. The naan was excessively salty and burnt, detracting from the overall meal. When I reached out to address these issues, the response from the staff was unhelpful and dismissive, which was quite disappointing. Despite the poor quality of food and service, I felt compelled to donate $23, which speaks to my disappointment with the overall experience. Overall, Tandoori Guys fell short of expectations, and I would hesitate to recommend it to others based on my experience.

I love this place! I discovered them through Too Good To Go and now I go here a couple times a month because it’s so good. My favorite is the Vegetable Korma because it’s a mild yellow curry. I also like the Aloo Gobi which is also a yellow curry that has cauliflower. The service is quick and the food is always hot.

They have great lunch specials and a variety of street food too! They even have a kids meal that comes with fries! Indo Chinese platter was good with huge portions. Hard to compare with some of the places in Mira Mesa, but it’s a nice option in Carlsbad area.
